4 tablespoons sour cream.

3 cloves of garlic.
1 teaspoon of paprika.
lemon juice (to taste).
1 teaspoon mustard.
salt, black pepper.

Speaking for myself, I see no reason why you should change ANYTHING about your videos. I use to watch other cooking shows, but no longer have. They are all pretty much the same. They rush through the process and ingredients. Like something they want to hurry and finish. You make it look like you truly enjoy cooking what ever you are making. As far as wearing an apron, I suppose for someone who is in a hurry to complete the dish there may be some ingredients flying, so I can see wear an apron would be needed. But for someone who is slower and enjoying what their doing in ingredients are more then likely going to be left in the bowl, pan or whatever instead of all over your clothes. And I don't know of ANY other cooking shows that has their hosts with their hair covered or even tied back.
Please don't listen to these kinds of comments. There are hundreds of cookie cutter cooking shows out there for them to go to. Yours is a refreshing look at how cooking should be done.

I love your videos just as they are. The music is beautiful and relaxing. Watching just your hands doing the cutting is fascinating. I love the intense sounds of your cutting the ingredients, the oil going into the pan, and how you flick the salt into the bowl.
