I think they would have worn names tags back then because they would have sent this footage to MAMA award video team so they could plan their shoot sequence at the awards to make sure they got the best . Hence why it hasn't been released until now for festa.

@@angl4372 😂 yea it was, the only difference is the dance breaks in this version compared to the MV and this would have been the first time they did it back then . So the filming team would have needed to know what the new movements were to catch the best angles and plan the filming sequence on the night.
Festa is annual festival of BTS & ARMY for celebrating their debut. Their debuting date is 6.13.2013. So Bighit and Bts drop lots of pictures, video, writings, songs and mini concert (sometimes) at this time. (6/1~6/13)

This is from the 2017 MAMA Awards. You should check that out. They did that choreography in suits, with white button ups and ties!
Background in the song, it was inspired by Barack Obama’s final Correspondent Dinner speech, where he dropped the mic, kissed his fingers and said “Peace Out” ! Apparently, Suga saw it, and wrote a song for all the haters as their star began to shine! You need to watch the MAMA performance!

Favorite bts choreo is idol
Love all my boys... but jungkook , hobi and Tae hit the hardest in this specific video... they’re all really amazing tho.. just of course some are better than others at different times ya know... it’s just practice but those three stood out to me here... I’m sure next video it’ll be someone else lol love for bts regardless!! 💜

The name tags are there because it’s an especial performance for an award show. Broadcasting stations ask for a dance practice with the names to prepare the stage and start planning camera angles and all that.
In fact, this is where the “trend” of uploading the dance practices came from. Groups would record them for the broadcasting stations and when they found out that fans really enjoyed them and there was a market for it they started releasing them.
I love ever choreography but i love more on this choreography especially add in the 3 parts dance break. Everyone inclusive of backup dancer is lit.

This particular practice was for one of their award show performances of this song...so they have extra "dance breaks" and extended version for it. That's why there is new stuff in there.

No. They're wearing name tags for the camera men. This is one of the rehearsals for the 2017 MAMAs and it probably is a camera check.
