@dynast the same way he had it last year with the 40 series. These cards are our for testing...and not the public. And if you just so happen to be a person who gets a tester then it comes with the necessary drivers to run the card. Linus has a card, Hw Unboxed has one, Jay I imagine has one that they are testing, they can't talk about it until the embargo lifts, that's not to say they don't have the hardware.

Show everyone images of the card itself, inside and outside the box, along with GPU-Z screenshots. You won't because you don't have one.
