I took over editing a photo newsletter in September using Affinity Publisher for the first time. Even with downsizing of images before placement into the newsletter, the end result has been very large, just fitting email limits. The compression software you highlight is exactly the solution I have been needing. Thank you very much.
Interesting. I've used a free compressor by 4Dots when I've needed smaller files. Would this keep any password protection saved out of Affinity or would it wipe it?
I use PDFOptim here too. Great little programme. Nice to see a video that confirms what I am already doing!
Except thank you Elaine- totally agree about being able to send smaller file to others - that app is a must 🐼👍🐼
Great tip, thank you!

Elaine, thank you very much.
I have a lot of manuals I pdf format. With PDFOptim I was able to save a lot of space on my precious SSD-drive. Well worth the $$$.
Thanks for letting us know about this slick program!
