Depends on the dye and the pre-existing condition of your hair. Market box dyes and lifting dyes are generally damaging because of peroxide but there are dyes that don't damage your hair at all (like Elumen). You don't have to bleach it to dye it and bleaching is what damages hair the most. But even box dyes or damaging dyes won't be too bad if your hair is in a good condition to begin with so I wouldn't be too afraid.
Your hair still manages to look so healthy! It's amazing. I'm researching who to experience doing stuff to my virgin hair and I find that some ppl's hair looks corse in portfolios. 🙃
