I'm hearing so many different answers. What do you say about how many grams of protein/fat a senior woman needs a day to lose weight and have optimal health?
I'm 69 and on Keto for almost 5 years. I had the same question but after listening to a few reputable people on here i found at this age we need more protein and you figure out grams per day by using your ideal weight in grams. For instance, my ideal weight is 128 so my daily gram target is 128. I weight 145 now from 197. Use Maria's and Craig's macro calculator, it's free. It should give you the amount of protein grams you need and fat grams.

Craig, I have fat liver. Can I still eat the protein sparing version of the chocolate pudding? My doctor told me to avoid eggs.
There is no good reason to avoid eggs due to fatty liver disease. Fructose and alcohol are what you need to avoid for that🙏
