@@aloggins69 It is going to be so much fun. Very few of us will be left to see it if she keeps delaying. But maybe the judge can force her to stops delaying, like the way he stopped her from abusing lawyers.
I can imagine while she's questioning other witnesses/experts/etc that she has a toddler melt down "bUt It WaSn'T intentionallllllllllllllllll." Seriously can't wait for her trail. Probably future movie... Same with the Adelsons.
I will put money on her books if she does a Darrell Brooks and turns a 1 week trial into 3.5 weeks by filibustering with SovCit antics. Especially Subject Matter Jurisdiction. I know there isn't much chance for that as DB showed from the moment of the Faretta that he was going to be employing that nonsense. He changed everything on the paperwork from "I understand" to "I am informed." SovCits will never say they understand anything. Not if they stick to the playbook, anyway. And the whole hearing was "I do not understand." And "where's the plaintiff?" and all that. He had a year to prepare and he brought his talking points to court with him every day. Sarah isn't going to be doing that, although I'm sorry to say bc it's selfish....I wish she would.
It will be televised, it's in Florida!! I'm so looking forward to watching the entire trial from beginning to end!!! I'm almost experiencing PTSD after all Sarah's unnecessary b.s.!!! Justice For Jorge!
I noticed the admission about the jurors too! I was like, “she’s admitting that she’s trying to taint the jury pool!” But any potential jurors that have been exposed to these letters likely won’t be chosen as jurors.
This! I think it's funny she can try to sway possible jurors before the trial but is LITERALLY complaining that others are doing the same thing. When it's not the courts fault we formed opinions based on her video & other evidence.
@@sunflower78575 exactly. and in the event that jurors who have read these letters and seen footage (b/c chances are if they’ve read these letters, they’ve seen other coverage of her antics), these letters would have the opposite effect on a juror than Sarah thinks they’ll have.
Sarah over estimates the amount of true crime fans out there! We're a drop in the bucket of human kind. Just ask someone about "Suitcase Sarah" and you're likely to get the same response I've gotten; "Who?". There are plenty of Orange County citizens who couldn't care less about people like Sarah!
@@sunflower78575 Yes! You’re right. I’m not qualified to diagnose her nor do I know her (obviously), but narcissists accusations are always confessions! It’s pretty obvious she has a cluster B brain disorder and/or NPD.
That's true! I think that maybe she's decided it's only fair, since she thinks "the media" is biasing the jury pool against her. And more importantly, she just really loves all the attention. Thanks for all of your support on the channel, Aerie!
Also, if you missed it, go back to the interrogation. When the forensic lady comes in to swab under her nails , she starts to clean under her nails with the opposite hand that looks really innocent😂
You are one of the few people who caught that. I saw it the 1st time I watched her interrogation. It's incredible how telling that is. I actually believed her until she pulled that move.
I think she will refuse to defend herself. Either she'll sit in very sullen silence. Or else she'll talk, but just complain to the judge about how it is all unfair and illegal.
@@caseycat That's what I'm hoping. I cannot bleeding wait to watch what happens. You're right, the sound of her own voice is her favourite thing. But there are times when she goes the sulky silence route. eg Those times when she walked out of meetings with her final attorney, or put the phone down. When things get a bit too Real for Boone, and especially when she knows she has lost control over the situation, she used to drink herself even more stupid, now she stomps off in a snit. She might realize she is completely over her head in a court room setting - just trying to select a jury, she'll find virtually impossible to comprehend or do. This is a woman who never had a job. Whose only demand in life was to collect her child from school twice a week. She couldn't manage THAT. She won't be able to control the judge, she;ll be humiliatingly ignorant of all court procedure. To try to regain control, she'll want to disrupt the proceedings in some fashion. I dearly hope she does so by talking, not by silence.
You don't get her psychology at all if you believe this. She feels this is her moment to shine, and she will make the most of it. She will be aggressive and vociferous. She will even manage to make a few good points in a sea of otherwise specious arguments. She will definitely testify, too. Then she will lose after the jury deliberates for only a couple hours. She will go to prison but fall back on an appeal that says she was "forced" to defend herself through an unfair, unjust system.
You did an excellent job of combining two of my favorite rabbit holes: true crime and the subtleties of language. The length is good for the content as well.
Not like she'll ever be able to, but she should have to pay restitution for all the attorneys, the time being held in jail, all the experts' time, etc.
Sarah doesn't want to deal with the evidence against her. It paints a terrible picture of her relationship with Jorge, her motivations and her conscience. And she has no real excuse for what happened. The evidence and witnesses won't benefit her. Except for her self-pity, she doesn't even come close to expressing regret or remorse. She's not likeable. We are all virtual witnesses to Jorge's final moments as he begs for her mercy. She has a huge audience because the situation combined with her personality is a tragic freak show. We can't stop watching the train wreck.
Yup, that just about sums it up! She thinks that she has people rooting for her... well, if she does, they're an incredible minority. This is one of the least controversial true crime cases I've seen in years -- everybody knows that Sarah is a monster. Any jury will, too. Thanks for the comment!
This is her crowdfunding attempt for another private attorney. But she will never find an attorney to say whatever she wants them to say that the others have claimed is unethical. Unless she finds the right, sleasy, unethical attorney who cares nothing for his/her own future. Her failure to stop being herself (her own, controlling self) with Cashman will be her deathknell. From what I've heard, Cashman was the perfect lawyer for her. Cashman, who went out of her way for Sarah... But Sarah couldn't shut up and listen. So, she will go down in flames and we will all enjoy watching. 😆😆
I think that all the lawyers were trying to coach her on how to aim for the minimum sentence, but she won't settle for anything less than trying to an acquittal.
@@doom4067 but some cited ethical reasons. Attempting for an acquittal vs lowest sentence isn't going to deal with anything regarding ethics. She has tried to get them (some of then at least) to take some unethical stance that they refuse. She is stubborn and wants to dictate her defense, is my guess. And those that cite ethical considerations refuse to lose their law license to do what she must be insisting she wants. Maybe Cashman convinced her they must do... such and so. And Sarah agreed to that. But, she didn't like Cashman's attitude and wanted the attorney to be her bestie instead of her lawyer.
This is part of why I'm so interested to see how James Owens represents her! Has she finally stopped making unethical demands now that she realizes how difficult being pro se is? Or is he simply more willing to comply with whatever she wants? Lots to consider. Thanks for the comment, Felicia!
@@GuiltyWords do you think the others felt she couldn't get a jury to side with her on a Battered Spouse defense? We do know that Cashman or someone had a deposition or evaluation or something related to the possibility of battered spouse. But, maybe the other attorneys felt her video is too damning that she can't use that as a defense. She definitely didn't seem to be scared of him, while she's laughing at his attempts to talk her into letting him out. And, in her own admission, in the police interviews, they had a great day! So... how can she be using fear of him... self-defense... as a trial defense?? I don't get it. Even if Owens gets the police interview blocked... her own video is damning enough, I think. What jury can hear her snickering at him, while he is crying for help, and not find her guilty??
With absolutely no remorse and accepted accountability, she never qualified for a plea deal. Personally, I think the truth is much worse than we know. I recently heard the next door neighbor's interview and it doesn't bode well for Sarah. Neither does the span of time between filming the video and when she finally called 911...or the many contradictions in her interviews.
@@latebloomer7191I saw an interview with one of her neighbors who said they heard a lot of noise against their shared wall like something heavy was thrown down the stairs
You are correct, Shadi! Even if the prosecution doesn't offer a plea deal, this whole thing would go better for her if she would accept any responsibility. Unfortunately, she seems incapable of doing so.
Sarah Boone is not famous, she is infamous. Not only for the crime she has been charged , but for her outlandish behavior. Disrespect for the process The entire legal system. Including her attorneys and both Judges. If she did this to sway public opinion, it's a fail. When we sift thru all of it we find a very straightforward case and a ton of deflection, pointing fingers, Malicious deliberate intent to delay her trial, lies and delusions, and and at the root of all that we find a very immature and ignorant Woman in her mid fourties' Making more then desperate Attempts to avoid any and all Accountability or responsibility for her actions It's a temper tantrum that makes her appear more absurd and ridiculous with every word action and letter. Sarah Boone undeniably one of the most self entitled individuals I've seen in my life, and I don't even know her personally. Its clear that she has not fully grasped the situation she finds herself in I do not believe for a second Sarah Boone intended she would end up being her own lawyer. That was not her "intent" interesting word for Sarah, I think Sarah has surrounded herself with people she has been able to manipulate or coerce to get her way, most of her life. She has yet to accept she doesn't call the shots and although her antics for lack of a better word has worked far too long, she finally got a wake up call she doesn't. The judge in his order legally boxed her in to the corner she earned. I don't know if she will ever see reason and realize that she killed a human being in a vicious fit of revenge , and did so in a horrific manner. Or that the man she killed left behind 3 grieving children, parents, Siblings and others that loved him and have to live without Him Due to her malicious and cold hearted actions, but those are sad facts. Drunk sober doesn't matter. That's what this case is and should be about justice for Jorge Torres. Not how to cause so much trouble for the court, they'll release her with time served. I really believe that' what she thought. She is thst detached from reality. Just like any other high profile case, both sides will select a sworn jury and that jury will render its verdict on the evidence testimony and judges instructions based on the case in from of them. And that is what's had Sarah Boones panties in a twist. That video. along with the rest has her scrummaging for an out, a way to avoid that verdict. She kind of was always upper the creek without a paddle imo But now thanks to her games she doesn't even have the canoe As always, prayers and strength to Jorge Torres family justice is finally in view
This is a fantastic breakdown of the situation. Sarah's reality is completely divorced from the rest of ours. She will never self-reflect long enough to accept that she might have done something wrong -- every bad thing that happens to her is always someone else's fault, and she's the victim. What an exhausting way to live, and what terrible consequences for everyone around her. Thank you for the insight, Annie!
I don't think she is smart enough to understand WHY she is writing to the whole world. I think she is desperate to find even one person who, after having watched the video of her killing Jorge, will agree that she's innocent. She isn't coherent enough to formulate a "strategy" imo. She has to go to a wider audience than Florida if there is even a shred of chance she can find someone.
I'm waiting for her to tell us all her version and end up incriminating herself. She needs the attention. She was a straight A student you know. And an amazing mother lol
@@LaurenRussellElizabeth True. But, I still believe her brain is ruined by alcohol. It's obvious after watching her for 5 years. Manipulative yes. For certain. But, also, not very bright.
I go back and forth on how much she plans, just like I go back and forth on how premeditated the murder was. But I do think there's something to her just being a spoiled, entitled woman who doesn't understand why she can't get her way. As the situation gets more dire, she scrambles more and more for control over anything. It's a pretty sad way to live, but she won't self-reflect long enough to change it. Thanks for more great insight, Judy!
Maybe if they stop for a leisurely lunch first! The video is damning. Like, really damning. Her only possible out (from the opinion of a RUclips viewer with no legal experience 😂)is a self-defense/battered spouse defense. Problem is, she wants no prison time. For justified homicide, she would still get prison time. She’s unwilling to accept that. She thinks she can talk her way out of it with the right combination of words.
I was waiting to hear if GFM would pull her money grift. I remember with Darrell Brooks tried to get bail money at first and GFM took that down quickly. Now there is a rule that prevents people charged with felony crimes from begging for bail money. I can’t believe THE SARAH BOONE, A+ student, excellent mother and partner didn’t know this about GFM. She knows everything else. Someone donated $5 last time I looked at it.
I'm replying to this months late, but yep! Apparently raising funds for legal defenses is against the terms and conditions. Shame Sarah can't get all five dollars that were raised...
LOL, you're welcome! I figure 99% of people are not as interested in 58 pages of her drivel as I am. And thank you so much, I'm glad you're enjoying the channel!
Definitely will be televised. She has no attorney to argue against it and she's not going to show up on the 22nd with a motion to deny coverage. I wonder if she will know to file a motion to prevent other acts evidence from coming in. 😂 Not like they need anything besides that tape and her interrogation footage. Just sayin'...
Now that she has a new lawyer, I wonder how he will handle the situation! I have the feeling he won't file a motion to have the cameras turned off... but I need to catch up on what he's said and done in the case so far. Thanks for the comment!
New subscriber. Excellent analysis. Sarah doesn't seem to understand she alienates people. Her lawyers, the public and no doubt the soon to be jury. Her letters are counterproductive only hurting her with the court of public opinion. It appears her narcissism has taken over her thought process. Sarah's worst enemy is herself. Representing herself is legal suicide as she has absolutely no remorse and considers herself to be the victim. The less time she speaks to the jury the better. While different than Darrell Brooks, the end result will be the same as she alienates jurors just as she does everyone else.
Her attitude reminds me of Jesse Kurczeski - astounded that her lies aren't believed and writes letters full of rubbish as 'evidence' of her innocence. Didn't work out well for her either. She should've taken a plea at the outset as her guilt is clear from her own videos.
Thank you for subscribing, it's been wonderful to see you in the comments of other videos! Your points are always so insightful. I think you are right that Sarah doesn't realize how she comes across to people. Or, if she does realize, she thinks that she can fix it by just making them "understand." If she isn't getting her way, that must mean she needs to double down harder, right?
@GuiltyWords Thanks. Love channels that recognize and appreciate their subscribers. It makes us a community. Looking forward to being part of your RUclips family.
This was such a refreshing review of her letter. All others I've seen just read the first 3 pages & no real disection of her words. Well done. First time listener & new subscriber. Orange County California ❤
Thank you, Roberta! It's been such a joy to read your comments as the channel has grown. I think most RUclipsrs don't want to read 58 pages of her drivel... I'm unfortunately fascinated by such things. LOL. Glad it was helpful!
I know I'm responding to this very late -- if you're still interested, Fox 35 Orlando published it! You should be able to find it with Google, I'm just not sure if RUclips will let me comment with a link.
"I can't imagine what it would be like to be her lawyer", well eight people could answer that for us, and given that they all begged to be taken off the case...
In fairness not all of the changes have been her fault. There were some that dropped due to conflict like one of them had represented Jorge in the past. (I'm sure they're all doing a happy dance having dodged that bullet) But ALL THE ONES AFTER THAT IS 100% HER FAULT.
A few of them had conflicts of interest, but she refused to work with at least four of them. It seems that she thought she would get an endless supply of she got them to quit, instead of refusing their counsel outright.
LOL, great point! I wonder how things are going for her latest lawyer... Maybe Sarah has calmed down now that she realizes how difficult it is to be pro se? For his sake, I hope so.
This is very refreshing after all these “body language experts”. I have always found facial expressions, gestures etc confusing, ambiguous and even opaque, and always had more success just paying attention to the words that people use. You might agree or disagree that someone has a slight smirk, but if they use “but” rather than “and”, then they definitely did.
I had an abusive parent, and body language reading became a survival tool. However, some of the body language analysts claim I don't believe. Such as eye gaze having a meaning depending on direction. But things like chin jutting and eyebrows, are real.
Thank you so much! Yes, I think a lot about body language can be subjective... words can also be subjective, but I find them much easier to analyze. There are lots of subconscious reasons that we choose the words we do in our day-to-day lives. I'm glad the channel works for you!
@@folkloreofbeing Yes, that definitely makes sense. I had young and troubled parents who had too many kids too fast, had not had much parenting themselves, and were overwhelmed. They were not malicious people, and one of them at least did mature and learn: but life was volatile, and I was very often unable to read when an explosion was imminent.
I live in rural Australia and have been following this crazy case the same as many true crime fans. I’m sure they will find a jury. Sarah will be amazed at how many people have never heard of her and really don’t care. They had no trouble getting a great jury for both Lori Vallow and Chad Daybell so Sarah isn’t going to be a problem. She is such an egoist she thinks everyone in the world is following .,,yes some are 😵💫 but most are not. Can’t wait to see A what defence she comes up with and B if she calls herself to the stand.
She has the vocabulary and writing skills of a 7th or 8th grade student. That’s not an insult or judgement, just a commentary on her writing style after reading a lot of her actual submissions. Her sentence structure is full of the kind of placeholder phrases (“This, that, and the other”, “…lawyer is snotty”, etc) people use in informal speech, but not in writing, and certainly not in a legal brief or court motion. It’s also OBVIOUSLY performative. It’s for an audience much larger than the judge. If she wanted to defend herself and help her case, there’s one person she needs to convince; the judge.
Yes, these observations are spot on! Her writing is very rough around the edges -- her use of vocabulary reads like she has a thesaurus and is using it to appear "smarter." Voracious readers see right through that kind of thing. Thanks for the comment!
Great job. Very objective breakdown. I remember how absolutely disgusted that I was when the first video of her interrogation caught me off guard... I personally cannot wait to see her standing before the Judge at her sentencing.. I'll be thinking of Jorge's two Daughters, his Brother, Parents and the rest of his family at that moment. Take care
Thank you, Steve! I too am looking forward to her sentencing -- I hope she ends up with a long, long time in prison. Anything less would be unfair to Jorge's memory.
Sarah is also hoping that other attorneys contact her , i guess for free legal advice. Strange and dangerous woman who should get LWOP, imo. #justiceforjorge
I can't believe that a lawyer has actually taken up her case after all this time. There's a twist I didn't expect! Even so, I still hope she gets LWOP.
You might think that during the time Sarah has been in, she could have earned an on-line law degree. But then.... After failing her first exam, there would have been a letter to the Dean of Students explaining why failing her was unfair because HER answers were the right answers and the questions were trick questions to begin with. This may also be why a SovCidiot Pro Se course won't fly with her because she would have to read from a script she would have to concede to as correct in it's fabrication. She may as well write her own Chopra-style word salad for all the good it will do her.
She certainly seemed to be trying to learn during the time she was pro se -- or at least, trying to LOOK like she was trying to learn. But she also wasn't the best law student! I'm a little disappointed that we won't get to see her represent herself. But I suppose James Owens might lose patience with her and become the ninth lawyer to abandon her before trial...
Spot on! She doesn't seem to care about the crime or the consequences at all. It's all Sarah, all the time. She hurts people to get what she wants, and now she's confused about why she's facing consequences.
I'm in Montana USA, where I live in a commune with 5 generations of my family. I'm into true crime and wordsmithing. So, I'm naturally drawn to this channel. SB is Guilty. The videos she made prove premeditation, intent, and malice beyond all doubt. It is my hope that 1st-Degree Murder will added to her 2nd-Degree ("Depraved Heart") Murder charge, as I think the jury should have the DP to consider. That choice is absolutely necessary, if Jorge Torres of blessed memory is to have every chance for Justice. Thank you for this channel. I look forward to getting caught up with SB's case and listening to future videos. EDIT: "Sarah... Sarah ....Sarah." "For everything you've done to me. For everything you've done to me."
Thanks so much for watching and commenting! I'm glad that the channel works for you. Sarah is definitely guilty -- I think at this point, the question is just which degree of murder. The prosecution may have charged her with second degree because it's a slam dunk. There's not a lot that needs to be debated there: she absolutely killed him. First degree leaves room to debate about "intent." But I wonder if it's possible to hold out hope for a last-minute upgrade in her charges...
One of the most insane minds around…can’t wait for her sentence to actually begin in prison. She’s mostly likely sitting in jail not prison while all this time passes.
Yes, she's been in jail for years now -- that may even be part of why she's stalled her case for this long. But the trial is fast approaching, and I don't think it will take the jury long to deliberate. Prison awaits! :-)
Since receiving her laptop she has already refused it a few times. She also accused the jail of not asking her if she wants to use it. The rule was Sarah was to ask for it during the 8 hours time daily. Then she asks for it later in the day only to find it wasn’t fully charged. She will draft a letter to the judge to be read in court only to complain how unfair the system is to her. She loves conflict.
It's amazing not just that Sarah is so unwilling to compromise, but also that she creates so much conflict for herself. She loves to get herself into trouble and then act like she's being victimized because there are consequences. What a terrible way to live. Thanks for the info, Michael!
This reminds me of when Casey Anthony actually thought after the trial that she was going to be a celebrity, kind of a self branded "bad girl". Hope Sarah gets the same awakening sooner than later.
I still can't believe Casey Anthony was acquitted. At least in this case, there's absolutely no way Sarah will experience the same treatment. Thanks for the comment, Bonnie!
Cool visual aids to your analysis. I have in the past called the people who write to her, her ‘fans’. I think she believes they are. I am sure she receives negative mail but says nothing about them. They don’t fit her narrative and self image. She focuses on the positive letters with their advice and support to see her through this. After all, she claims she’s not getting any of that from her cold heated lawyers.
Thank you, Sallyann! I try to make the visuals as clear and helpful as possible -- I'm getting better and better at it as time goes on. I think you're right about how Sarah views the mail she gets. She accepts the letters that say what she wants to hear, no matter how totally out-of-touch or unviable it is.
She thinks she is a celebrity!!! People are telling her about the RUclipsrs reporting...they're writing and telling her...she doesn't have access to RUclips her internet access is very limited!
It's amazing that Sarah hears people are talking about her murder trial and assumes that they must be saying nice things about her. If she wasn't so obviously miserable, I'd say that must be a pretty nice way to live!
This was a great synopsis of Sarah's letter & case overall. Very enlightening & informative. And yes, I agree .. she does it all to garner attention. Problem is it's all negative attention!
Thank you, Rosie! Sarah does seem to love the limelight. She claims that the media is painting her in a negative light, but then claims tons of people like her and want to help her... which is it, Sarah?
Thank you for the input! I know I'm getting back to this comment terribly late, but I've noted that lots of people would like longer-form videos about these letters... I have that on my list of potential videos for the future!
I wish lawyers could wear body cams! Where is the guys family at? I can't say that I've ever heard from them calling for justice..... It's been how long now? I find that sad. Did Sarah ever ask for a jury trial??? Trump's lawyers didn't. Lol.
I remember her demeanor when officers first arrived and spoke with her and noticed there was NO distress - only thing notable was her asking if she could go inside to get her phone (no doubt, to delete the video) requests for water and not one tear. It was no accident. Watch the footage. Then, inside the interrogation room at some point she decided to say 'I excel at everyrhing I do" . But she doesn't and I knew she would end up representing herself - Of course there is no defence for this woman.
Yes, that was also striking to me! She really didn't appear to feel anything except maybe annoyance. Not even any panic or fear of getting caught -- just annoyance. Chilling.
I am new here and I am loving it :) have you ever considered analyzing the crazy emails that Donna Adelson wrote to her daughter? Or the hours and hours of surveillance, and jail calls? Your insights would be incredible
I'm getting back to this comment so late, and I think you already know this, but I have now done a video on the emails! It's Mastermind Daughter: How Wendi Outmaneuvered Donna Adelson. Thanks so much for your support!
The whole world is talking about Sarah! At least, if you spend a lot of time on true crime RUclips and never go outside. LOL. Thanks for the comment, Scott!
When you record yourself laughing at a man telling you he cant breathe, theres nothing more to say. If it really was hide and seek she would have already found him and let him out. Her excuse is ridiculous
I want to know "What has Sarah asked for - this nebulous notion of an 'expert' FOR HER. What is that? What can THIS expert offer for her defense?" I want to know.
I ended up doing a video getting deeper into the finances of what Sarah Boone asked for in her defense -- it's "What Judge Kraynick Saw: The Escalating Language Surrounding Sarah Boone and Her Lawyers" if you haven't watched it yet!
There's a lot that might be happening with her personality-wise. I don't know if she'll ever allow a professional to diagnose her, though -- that would mean admitting something's "wrong" with her.
Yes, it's very possible that she's aiming for time served. I'm hoping she ends up with life without parole, so it won't even matter. Thanks for the comment!
Hello from Australia, your insights are most interesting. Sarah will be right, she has her legal dictionaries to assist her lol. Love the comments below! Cheers Tracy
@@GuiltyWords Thank you, I enjoy your content. I have always had an interest in 'words' I used to read the dictionary and thesaurus quite a lot when I was younger, my friends thought I was strange (got a bit lazy in my old age though). The way people chat on social media baffles me these days, most of the time I have no idea what they are saying. I believe life and death are in the power of the tongue, And those who love it will eat its fruit. [Prov. 18:21] and people can use their words to crush people's spirit, cause arguments or stir up hatred etc... I believe we will be accountable for every word that comes out of our mouths.
They'd have to offer her a deal. If they were going to do that they would have by now. In every interaction of hers that I've seen the closest I've seen to emotion is panic. Her best bet is a sympathetic jury, but she's too arrogant to understand that.
@@doom4067 I'm sure they have offered but she declined when she had counsel. I'm hoping this new development will change her mind. But you're right about one thing, she's probably still too arrogant to take it
Sara just throws out words with no substance “ - ALL, NOTHING , ALWYSS , NEVER, ANYONE “ she has NOTHINGN, NOONE LISTENING.. just final vague comments we all know is untrue. Also she throws out legal words like ethical, rights and other words but can’t back anything up and when the judge tried to have her give examples , she couldn’t and went off on tangents which made no sense. Her letters are just her random thoughts at the time and they are all over the place.
Indeed, she strings together a lot of words (and sometimes just syllables) that she believes sound good together! The result is a lot of babble that might sound impressive to an elementary schooler, but will absolutely not stand up to court scrutiny. Thanks for all of your insights, Kristi!
I have a serous question. if the judge can eventually forcefully waive her right to have a public defender because of her actions. Could the judge also waive her right to a have a jury trial and instead have a judicial trial? I have seen lots of cases pre trial where the defendant is asked if they would prefer a jury or judge trial. So I am just curious if she intentionally taints the entirety of her potential jury. could the judge then waive her right to have a jury trial in lieu of a judge trial?
@@GH-oi2jf Thats the thing. Judges can take away your rights when they need too. Its their main job. Finding the best balance of rights taken to protect the community. In this very case she just lost the right to have an attorney and has to go forward pro se due to her behavior and actions against her lawyers and judge. She was given plenty of chances until the judge finally just had to say enough was enough and waived her right to have a attorney by force even though she is indigent and can't afford to pay for one. The judge can take away her rights to a jury trial as well if she intentionally finds a way to taint the jury pool in her favor or at all. You are NOT guarunteed a trial by jury. Although the bar is very high and extreme. If the judge feels the defendent has tainted the jury pool of the state to the point a jury can not be found. She can by force of authority waive the right and have a trial be judicial arbitration. And that would be her fault. Just like now with the attorney's. In a courtroom pretty much all of your rights are at stake besides a select few. Like the right to stay silent and not incriminate yourself or the right for the opposing attorney to do anything to make you incriminate yourself or have anyone thats not the judge limit any right of hers in any way. But the Judge can. And did. A judge can also change the decision of a jury after a jury's decision. Its very rare but a judge can reverse a jury's decision if the judge has a very good reason too. An example would be a video clearly showing a defendent commiting a crime and the jury comes back with not guilty. The judge has the right to assume the jury made the decision in bad faith for any reason or were incorrect or forgot that piece of evidence and then reverse it. These are all things that happen. So it is a valid question that if Sarah Boone intentionally attempts to taint the jury of her peers in her district to the point they can not find a jury pool that will be non biased the judge theoretically does have the right to waive her right to trial by jury and instead have trial by judge or by tribunal. (You as a defendent can also request a waiver of that right too but in that case the judge and prosecutor must both also agree.) Gotta remember just because it hasn't happened before, or has but we haven't heard of it doesn't mean it can't happen. A judge can take away MANY of your rights while in a courtoom. That even includes people in the audience that aren't even involved in the case as long as they are in the courtroom. You lose your freedom of speech and expression for example pretty much automatically when you enter a courtroom just as a part of the audience. Judges can find you in contempt of court for trying to use those rights in the middle of a trial and there are many many MANY cases of that happening lol.
@@maryamdear2122 i know I included that. But she can't afford it as she has said and is indigent something she has reminded us about 900 times in her letters to the judges XD besides they would just request to withdraw too because of her behavior lol
Thank you so much for both the kind words and the subscription! I do put an enormous amount of work into these videos -- I try to make fresh content instead of just rehashing what all the other true crime commentators are saying. I'm so glad it's appreciated!
Heaven help us is right! Lawd have mercy! 😂😂 I had to chew tums like bubblegum when I watched Duhrul Brooks. Sarah's trial is going to be a fever dream of absurdity for sure.
It may be less of a fever dream now that she has counsel, if James Owens isn't chased away before the trial starts! Still, it'll be interesting to see how he handles her defense. What do you do for a woman who's been through eight lawyers??
I might not be that nice, Addie -- I confess I'm a little disappointed that she has new counsel. Although I'm also fascinated. What on earth could have possessed her new lawyer to take on her case?
When you write a letter to the judge, you are putting it on the record. This could help her in the future during her appeals process. Most of these lawyers have withdrawn on theirown accord. The first one had previously worked on a domestic case betwee Sarah and her victim. Don't get me wrong, I believe she is guilty. But she does deserve a fair trial that would include speaking with a lawyer at length. Just like if she had funds for a private attorney. Sarah filmed the worst evidence against herself. But the justice system isn't so just when you don't have funds for a private attorney. Think about it, the judge, the pricecutor, and the public pretender (defender) all know, work, and (in my town) socialize together. Sarah's son and ex-husband are the people that were saved from this lunatic. It will be a very interesting case to follow. I'm considering going to witness this circus in person.
I agree that the right to a defense is very important -- perhaps one of the key foundations of our democracy. I don't believe that she was made pro se lightly. Judge Kraynick carefully explained his reasoning in a very long briefing that gathered all of the evidence. With that said, it's no longer as relevant as it once was -- for the moment, she has private counsel. At least, assuming she isn't dropped by her ninth lawyer before the trial starts soon! I'm looking forward to it. Thanks for the comment!
LOL. Not quite Emily Dickinson’a “Letter To The World,” but nonetheless ~ a looney Boone version. I’d like to add one more reason she has been writing. It is so as to say: “Don’t you all try to pull anything with me because I will expose all of you to the entire world.”
"Phew! Dodged a bullet!" All 8 lawyers. I have thought from the first letter that they were actually for the viewing public. Attention seeking and trying to garner sympathy. She may be able to put pretty sentences together to maybe be perceived as intelligent but she is not smart, at all. Sarah comes across having no remorse, believing that she is the victim. If this ever gets to trial, it's going to be as cringey and uncomfortable as it has been from the first news story. Just found this, watched it, enjoyed it. Subbed. Thank you.
Thanks so much for subscribing and for your detailed thoughts! I think Sarah absolutely thrives on attention and feeling like the smartest person in the room. She needs everyone to believe that she's intelligent, charismatic, and perfect. Now that she has counsel again, I just keep wondering -- what made James Owens want to leap in front of the bullet that all her previous lawyers dodged? I guess we'll find out!
Even if I knew nothing about her, I don't think I could fairly judge her, because just like other narcissist who recently tried to represent himself (the dude with the corkscrew hair), she'd make me crazy-mad with her ridicules courtroom antics. She'll drag the trial out for days and days, unnecessarily, and have no care for the time or the lives of the other people in the courtroom. That kind of disrespect makes me nuts.
It's hard not to dislike her the moment you hear her talk. But now that she has counsel, her trial may be a little more organized... assuming this lawyer sticks around long enough for opening arguments to start!
She is being strategic. The more she can muck up things pre-trial, the more likelihood she gets a mistrial called. Every letter is meant to be a monkey wrench. Let's send her to The Hague. Lol
Yes, I think she was aiming to leave loopholes open in appeal. Judge Kraynick ended up shutting that down beautifully. Now she has counsel, and her trial date is just around the corner. I'm looking forward to it!
Can’t imagine how fed up the court has become with Sarah Boone’s karenicity. Her contempt for the court is palpable. Glad she was given the opportunity to make a disaster of herself.
I agree that Sarah is addressing the world, not the judge. It’s all about seeking as much attention to her as possible. She complains about social media attention but deep down, that is what she wants and needs, for her narcissistic ego. Sarah will make picking a jury a total nightmare. I’m sure she’ll claim that there are absolutely zero impartial jurors.
I wonder how her new counsel will handle the jury selection. I don't think it will be terribly difficult to find impartial jurors... but there is the matter of getting the defense to AGREE that they're impartial. Thanks for your insightful thoughts as always, Marianne!
I want to live long enough to watch Sarah Boone representing her self
Hahaha...me too 😹

@@aloggins69 It is going to be so much fun. Very few of us will be left to see it if she keeps delaying. But maybe the judge can force her to stops delaying, like the way he stopped her from abusing lawyers.

I noticed the admission about the jurors too! I was like, “she’s admitting that she’s trying to taint the jury pool!”
But any potential jurors that have been exposed to these letters likely won’t be chosen as jurors.

Either she'll sit in very sullen silence.
Or else she'll talk, but just complain to the judge about how it is all unfair and illegal.

@@caseycathahaha
She is mentally incapable of remaining silent.
You did an excellent job of combining two of my favorite rabbit holes: true crime and the subtleties of language. The length is good for the content as well.
Thank you so much! Nice to hear from a kindred spirit. 😀
She calls him "the decedent". Totally takes away his humanity!!! One she claimed to "love" so much....

Not like she'll ever be able to, but she should have to pay restitution for all the attorneys, the time being held in jail, all the experts' time, etc.
Thank you so much, Gwen!
She should just accept responsiblity 4 her horrific action , take a plea deal and shut up 4 good-- this extention only makes her look bad
The prosecution would have to offer a plea deal first. Why would they do that with the evidence she gave them?
You are correct, Shadi! Even if the prosecution doesn't offer a plea deal, this whole thing would go better for her if she would accept any responsibility. Unfortunately, she seems incapable of doing so.
Sarah Boone is not famous, she is infamous. Not only for the crime she has been charged , but for her outlandish behavior. Disrespect for the process
The entire legal system.
Including her attorneys and both Judges.
If she did this to sway public opinion, it's a fail.

Malicious deliberate intent to delay her trial, lies and delusions, and and at the root of all that we find a very immature and ignorant
Woman in her mid fourties'
Making more then desperate
Attempts to avoid any and all
Accountability or responsibility for her actions
It's a temper tantrum that makes her appear more absurd and ridiculous with every word action and letter.
Sarah Boone undeniably one of the most self entitled individuals I've seen in my life, and I don't even know her personally. Its clear that she has not fully grasped the situation she finds herself in
I do not believe for a second
Sarah Boone intended she would end up being her own lawyer. That was not her "intent" interesting word for
Sarah, I think Sarah has surrounded herself with people she has been able to manipulate or coerce to get her way, most of her life.
Or that the man she killed left behind 3 grieving children, parents,
Siblings and others that loved him and have to live without
Him Due to her malicious and cold hearted actions, but those are sad facts.
That video.
along with the rest has her
scrummaging for an out, a way to avoid that verdict. She kind of was always upper the creek without a paddle imo But now thanks to her games she doesn't even have the canoe
As always, prayers and strength to Jorge Torres family justice is finally in view

She has to go to a wider audience than Florida if there is even a shred of chance she can find someone.

I can't believe that a lawyer has actually taken up her case after all this time. There's a twist I didn't expect! Even so, I still hope she gets LWOP.
whatever the outcome-don’t let her near a suitcase
She'll have to carry all her clothes slung over her arm.
She is a straight A student who succeeds in everything.
Excels. She doesnt merely succeed.
She's never done anything wrong in her life, of course!
Sarah doesn't release ANY new info on her crimes , she only tries to tell us how dumb we are . She gets PLEASURE from causing PAIN to others.
Spot on! She doesn't seem to care about the crime or the consequences at all. It's all Sarah, all the time. She hurts people to get what she wants, and now she's confused about why she's facing consequences.
Iowa. Always interested in your take on a case.
Thank you so much, Amy!
Sarah ....Sarah."
"For everything you've done to me.
58 pages of crapola. That's my guess before I hear anything.
There's certainly a lot of word salad in there!
Commenting for engagement!
I'm so late to this reply, but thank you! The comments are a big part of why this channel has grown so quickly -- I'm blown away by the support!
This was a great synopsis of Sarah's letter & case overall. Very enlightening & informative. And yes, I agree .. she does it all to garner attention. Problem is it's all negative attention!
I don't think she cares if it's negative, it's attention nonetheless.
Thank you, Rosie! Sarah does seem to love the limelight. She claims that the media is painting her in a negative light, but then claims tons of people like her and want to help her... which is it, Sarah?
Sara is the problem. And she will always be the problem. Because she’s an actual sociopath
She simply has no interest in changing or accepting responsibility for anything. It's chilling to watch.
8:11 yes please with the detailed look at her use of words, she’s fascinating in a horrible way
Thank you for the input! I know I'm getting back to this comment terribly late, but I've noted that lots of people would like longer-form videos about these letters... I have that on my list of potential videos for the future!
Thank you
My pleasure! Thank you for watching and commenting, Rebecca.
Classic narcissist and psychopath
Absolutely no care for anybody around her.
New to this channel and it is fantastic!!
Welcome, @erica! So glad you like it. Thanks for watching and commenting!
I wish lawyers could wear body cams! Where is the guys family at? I can't say that I've ever heard from them calling for justice..... It's been how long now? I find that sad.
Did Sarah ever ask for a jury trial??? Trump's lawyers didn't. Lol.
you know there's something called "attorney-client confidentiality"? Pray you never need to find out.
I don’t know if she did. But can you imagine her questioning potential jurors?
I think it will be televised. Sarah loves attention.
I'm very much looking forward to this trial.
Sent to the judge not her lawyer
Very good point!
Don't forget the Dr Pepper and cigarette requests multiple times. I bet there was booze in the Dr Pepper
Yes, that was also striking to me! She really didn't appear to feel anything except maybe annoyance. Not even any panic or fear of getting caught -- just annoyance. Chilling.
I guess Sarah doesn't realize that not everyone knows about her case and that's who would make a good juror.
It seems odd that she would announce her intention to poison the jury pool.
She thinks the whole world revolves around her.
4:41 Sarah is obviously more important and famous than O.J was during his trial. Obviously in her mind only....
Agreed! I think the lawyers probably tried to tell her, but she doesn’t want to hear it.
This was very interesting. I like your approach. I subscribed and will look for you in future.
Thank you so much for the kind words and the subscription! It means a lot.
I want to know "What has Sarah asked for - this nebulous notion of an 'expert' FOR HER. What is that? What can THIS expert offer for her defense?" I want to know.
Suitcase manufacturer demonstrating how to open it from the inside?
I ended up doing a video getting deeper into the finances of what Sarah Boone asked for in her defense -- it's "What Judge Kraynick Saw: The Escalating Language Surrounding Sarah Boone and Her Lawyers" if you haven't watched it yet!
She probably asked someone on the outside to see what the best haircut is for trial and what to wear.
If that's the case, I'm not sure she got very good advice!! Thanks for the chuckle.
systhematic and comprehensive
Thank you! 😀
Sarah's behavior, actions, reactions, words in her letters show signs of BPD. The first criteria- frantic efforts to avoid abandonment.
There's a lot that might be happening with her personality-wise. I don't know if she'll ever allow a professional to diagnose her, though -- that would mean admitting something's "wrong" with her.
NO ONE can be as smart as Sarah Boone. Don't even try!
She was a straight A student after all.. smh..
She excels at everything she does. 🤣
She's dragging it out. Hoping to do her time in county jail.
Yep. She's hoping for time served, no prison
She might not understand that speedy trial doesn't apply when the defendant delays it.
Yes, it's very possible that she's aiming for time served. I'm hoping she ends up with life without parole, so it won't even matter. Thanks for the comment!
"Conduitly" is not a word. More proof of what I have been saying for ages; Sarah makes up words.😆
If it's four syllables and looks like a word, it must make her seem smart, right? 🤣
She is literally so crazy that the level of madness is astounding
I don't think her case would be nearly as fascinating to so many of us if that wasn't the case... Thank you for the comment!
Her definitions probably made the judge think she suse likes playing lawyer
She certainly rose to the role of pretending to be a lawyer. The effort was, um... admirable. And not very effective!
Hello from Australia, your insights are most interesting. Sarah will be right, she has her legal dictionaries to assist her lol. Love the comments below! Cheers Tracy
Thank you, Tracy! Australia is one of the places I'd most like to visit someday. It's been lovely to see you in the comments of other videos, too. :-)
She has talked about her "fans" in the past and is probably talking to them. Major ick.
It's amazing how convinced she is that she has hordes of adoring fans. The reality is going to be pretty unpleasant for her once her trial starts!
Love the analysis! I see you have some Ruby Franke videos, I'm going to take a look at those. I found that case fascinating..and terrible. I subbed!
Thank you so much, James! The Ruby Franke case is one of the ones that haunts me.
I'm hoping she'll take a deal for 25 years
They'd have to offer her a deal.
But you're right about one thing, she's probably still too arrogant to take it
I'm hoping we'll get to see her get life without parole. We'll see!
Boone's behaviour points to self-involved narcissism. It's despicable.
She really can't think about anything outside of herself. Despicable and fascinating.
I wondered that as well. Or will she now say she wants the plea deal she was offered 4 years ago?
No. She has a right to a jury trial.
(You as a defendent can also request a waiver of that right too but in that case the judge and prosecutor must both also agree.)
Gotta remember just because it hasn't happened before, or has but we haven't heard of it doesn't mean it can't happen.
@@saibisureddo5657just a minor thing - her right to a public defender has been revoked, she can still obtain private counsel.
@@maryamdear2122 i know I included that. But she can't afford it as she has said and is indigent something she has reminded us about 900 times in her letters to the judges XD
besides they would just request to withdraw too because of her behavior lol
Like Darrell Brooks and his “shock shackles” - talking about everything BUT the people he injured and killed. No mention of Jorge here 🤔🙄
She really doesn't seem to spare any thought for Jorge or his loved ones at all! Sickening.
Cannot stand this KAREN murderer. I will enjoy the sentencing hearing.
I'm really looking forward to the sentencing, too. Thanks for the comment!
I can’t even imagine how much work you put into these videos! So professionally presented. New sub. I’m going to binge on your channel. Thank you!
You are nicer than I am. I have been hoping for this day. It will be fun as heck and very educational with this buffoon to going pro se,
I might not be that nice, Addie -- I confess I'm a little disappointed that she has new counsel.
Great insight! She wants everyone to know that she'll say anything, and she isn't afraid to name names.
It’s going to be quite a show. Hope it’s televised!
