    Anything other than a complete dismissal of the case, a carton of smokes and a 12 pack of Dr Pepper is “unfair”. The judge needs to write her back and say “that’s my name, don’t wear it out”. 🙄

    I would love to see a video of her last court appearance. She "was dragged out of the courtroom by the uniform while (she) was trying to defend (her)self..." I hope it is released soon. Also it wasn't a "surprise." She was advised three days before her appearance in court. BTW, she received the discovery the day after she mailed this letter. My understanding of discovery is that it's just giving opposing counsel the evidence that you'll introduce at trial. It would be in Sarah's best interest for them to introduce as little evidence as possible.

    Spot on analysis 👍 yes, she wants someone who possesses all the qualities she doesn’t have.
    I think she was the primary abuser in the relationship with her boyfriend. I wonder if the whole tone of this case would have been different if it had involved a man zipping his girlfriend in a suitcase - I wonder if the court would have allowed it to go on this long.
    Personally I don’t think a lawyer will step up to defend her - it’s well known that she’s impossible.

    Sarah was warned repeatedly by both judges that this could happen ( no more court appt. attys.) If she continued to manipulate the court. Now she is angry. Sarah has the mentality of a 17 year old. She is about 47 years old by now and should certainly know better. Her antisocial personality is a huge problem for her in jail with other inmates and with all of her attorneys ( 9 altogether). Her first attorney was paid for by her ex- husband. Her trial should last no more than a week including jury selection. I expect the judge to run a tight ship when it comes to decorum and the rules. Sarah's refusal to accept responsibility will probably get her a life sentence.

    Sarah thinks that any judgment that doesn't go how she wants is unfair. She thinks it's unfair that she even has to answer for putting a man in a suitcase and leaving him to die.
    I'd bet money that the lawyers have all simply told her how the evidence stacks, and it isn't in her favor.
    The judge finally stopped extending her clock, so she here's the incessant ticking all of a sudden.
    Any lawyer that takes her case would have to work pro bono at this point. I don't think any lawyer in Florida would support the Sarah Boone cause enough to work for free. If a lawyer managed to get her acquitted he'd be in high demand after that, but that has a near 0% chance of happening.

And if she represents herself she will appeal & claim she didn't have a fair trial since she had no counsel. Even if they give her co-counsel, she'll just say she wasn't prepared, didn't have enough time, co-counsel was incompetent or wouldn't help & refer to each of her letters documenting all her complaints.

      Sarah does seem to have a petty, vengeful personality. If anybody doesn't comply with exactly what she wants, then they deserve to suffer. She's a special kind of despicable -- it's amazing how much she disrespects even those in a position of power over her. Thanks for the comment, Angela!

    When she says that one of the necessary qualifications is “extreme efficiency in listening, communicating, understanding,” I think she means that her attorney must be nice to her, not necessarily knowledgeable in law. (Sorry for the use of quotation marks, but they were actually needed here.) But what does she mean by extreme efficiency in listening? How do you listen efficiently? More word salad.
    She’s trying to entice an attorney by offering them a close-up on national television. I truly believe that Sarah is eating up all of the media attention and would be sorely disappointed if her letters weren’t widely circulated. She depends on it and she complained when one of her letters wasn’t uploaded to the internet.
    I believe that she sincerely hopes that the court case will be televised. She’s certainly had more than her share of 15 minutes of fame, but she wants all the attention she can possibly get. She’s going to be so disappointed when the court case is over and she is no longer talked about. Who would she write letters to? How would she communicate to her fans from all over the planet? Give me a break.
    Side bars in her trial are going to be long. She’s going to want to argue that the state is being mean to her. What a brat.
    Excellent analysis, Chris! I was hoping you’d break it down.

    • @GuiltyWords
      @GuiltyWords  6 дней назад +1

      Yes indeed! All of this is spot on and so insightful. Sarah is absolutely thriving on all of the negative attention and on having the spotlight on her. She can't imagine why any lawyer would turn down the opportunity to represent someone as special and famous as her.
      What's especially mindblowing to me is that now she DOES have a lawyer in James Owens. I really wonder what his motive might be. He says he's not working pro bono, but I can't imagine Sarah will have a lot of money to pay him after she's convicted...

    For all of the 5-dollar, honor-roll level vocabulary she uses, it's interesting when she literally says people are being mean.

    • @GuiltyWords
      @GuiltyWords  6 дней назад +1

      You're right! I think the honor roll vocabulary is so she sounds smart, and the "being mean" comments might be the only time she's being honest. People are being mean (saying things about her that are true) and it hurts her feelings. Poor dear :-(

    Sarah could be talking about a chess clock. There are two clocks together for each opponent. When you finish a move you press clock button which pressurises opponent as its based on time. I think. They also tick tock loudly. Empty could mean there is noone with her to respond to her demands. Or am i going nuts?
