This has become one of my top 10 YES songs lately. Especially from this concert. Checkout the Keys to Ascension album. It has many live performances. I like the live version of "The Revealing Science of God" from it even better than the studio version. And there's a song that I don't think you've done which is only on that album called "That, That is". It's a long one and very good.
This is Yes's Masterpiece Live....Modern Masterpiece 2005. From the Modern Masterpiece album, "Masterpiece Album," released on September 10, 2001. 🎉🎉🎉Magnificent album.
This is one of my favorite songs from one of my favorite albums. I’d say mirror to the sky is up there next to the ladder. I hope the next one can get to the level of this song here!
Great song from a great concert (though I think the album should have been called "Yes Orchestral" as there's no symphony happening). And some great observations about the band at the end. Also, cheers "from me to you" as I've finally moved to Edmonton and am setting up my surround system (just arrived from Oz) in the basement to hear YES in all their surround glory. If only we could have had the same type of quality film for "YESSONGS" back in the early 70s as we see here!
I think the thing about Yes (for the most part) is that the music comes first and the egos don't really feature. That's probably why they lasted so long and kept coming back together. I think the ethos rubbed of on other band members except (in my opinion) Patrick Moraz who I feel broke the unwritten code of keep the ego in check. Could have had something to do with his sudden departure. Could be wrong but it's just overall view. Love this song and the entire concert performance.
OK well before you totally get into recycling , you must hear THAT, THAT IS, the 90's studio EPIC from Keys to Ascension 1. Though For Some weird Reason you won't get tons of request for it, I would say that it's one of their BEST SONGS after the 70s and prior to this Magnification album
Thank you Wayne for your kind words at the start of the livestream on Cody's channel. Much appreciated!👍😎
Have always loved this song. Thanks for featuring it.
One of a kind. These guys are true musicians, expressing unique songs that are not meant for commercial consumption. But touch the human soul.

Ladies and gentlemen Chris Squire and Yes, the greatest show on earth. Sadly, I only saw Chris and Alan 36 times 🙏🎶
