In a multi-storeyed building , the water from the upper
storey , under the control of Jemes escaped to the
lower floor, occupied by the Mary. There was
evidence of ill-will between the Jemes and Mary. It
was found that not only the tap on the upper floor was
left fully open, but the outlet of the tank was also
closed. Marry brought a case against Jemes. Discuss
the fate of above case.....mam please help me in this question
