Heyy.,you really have the concept and you present it in an understandable manner....but you use too much Hindi😣 please use English or have some subtitles in English
Hi, you mentioned in this video that this video will be followed by another video talking about Rule of Law applicability in India. I m not able to see that. Please consider it if possible.
Mam ....i have one doubt. Plz clear it...... In the 3rd part of meaning of rule of law you are saying that Rule of law means Every action of the government should be according to the law and on the other hand you are saying that Rule of law is used in contradiction to rule of man and Rule According to Law.
The concept of Rule of law means the law rules and as Wade said, the government should be subject to the law, rather than the law subject to the government. However, going deep into the concept, we can see that in every country one or the other rule or law governs the people of that country or to be specific, in any autocratic form of government there is some law according to which the powers of the government are exercised. But that does not mean that there is a rule of law and that is why the concept is in the negation of rule according to law. The core values of rule of law where LAW RULES are freedom, equality, non-discrimination, fraternity, accountability, and non-arbitrariness.
The way you explain is too easy to and understand and it's point to point....You are teaching like a professor...... THANK YOU FOR UPLOADING SUCH A GOOD LECTURE
Rule of law.... Laws are made by us followed by us... And when we do not follow rules thats also us who comes in absolute power but thats also for time being.... Rules and laws are in nature may be.... We all are players here so we should perform with what isms? 😇😇🤔
Ma’am i have one doubt The term rule of law is used in contradiction to rule of man and rule according to law. Means that the LAW RULES, which is based on the principles of freedom, equality, non-discrimination, fraternity, accountability and non-arbitrariness. Here rule according to law means same thing only so why it’s contradictory to this kindly explain
Madame, your way of telling law concepts are praise worthy.
Thank you so much!
