You are a lucky man having a partner who get interested in shooting. Well done Heidi on your first successful hunt, great shot. The 243 win is such a great round for a rifle and that's what I have. No foxes where I now live, wallabies, goats and deer (there are others in NZ).
Hello Richard , Thanks very much for watching matey, we’ve currently got one of your fellow Kiwis living here with us, but she’s coming home on the 14th to have a much warmer Christmas than we will be having. Thanks again for your support 👍👍🇳🇿🇬🇧
Every shooters dream Des !. A shooting missus. My late Wife was a total anti, but also understood what we do, so I suppose I was half way there, and I did get her to catch a Roach one time too. I classed that as a win for fieldsports. 🙃
Thank you for the video! Always great to see the honest reviews! Also Waidmannsheil for your wife. I send you an e-mail with some questions about some thermal issues. Hoping you find the time to take a look at it. Thanks. Patrick
Great team work both , great to watch and I can still remember my first fox. Carry on the great work and first rifle shot being a .243 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 and in the "boiler room" Well done ✅
Well done both of you, my partner is totally anti and doesn't like seeing anything shot but enjoys coming beating , eating game and helping me on the rearing field so work that out🤷. Can't wait to see Heidi first deer trip 👍
Sadly Heidi spends far too many hours in surgery, and usually gets home and collapses, that was a treat for her to have a couple of hours where she doesn’t have to think too much
Great video buddy, was brilliant to see that you got your wife involved too. As your probably aware my wife loves getting behind the trigger too.. Keep up the great work Dave 👍
Hello John , thanks very much, it’s handy having a medical professional sitting next to me, only trouble is, she’s dermatology and no good with bones 🤣🤣🤣
Ah ! Well you’ve experienced the food at my birthday, and not forgotten it 👍 Heidi’s just been saying that nobody realised that she was perched up on three cushions with her feet dangling in the air, and still blatted the fox 👍
Getting a woman who know nothing, but knows that she knows nothing, and is prepared to learn can be the best pupil possible. Many guys think they are naturally endowed with great skills, but you have to break the habits of years to get them to become competent.
Heidi has always got her head in a book learning stuff for her work, so learning is easy for her, and listening/ putting into practice too 👍 It’s 08:00 now, as I reply to all your comments, and she’s just asked if I’m going out tonight, and can she come? 🫢🥴😀
Cack handed !!! That’s handism that is, there’s got to be a protest group somewhere that’s willing to march on that one 🤣🤣🤣 Heidi hasn’t stopped suggesting things I can do to make “her shed better “ 🤷🏼♂️
Well done Heydee, nice shooting!! Good teaching also Dave, shame she had to use that left handed stock🤣 look forward to the deer video! I said to Lorna, she'll have to shoot a fox now at some point too! 🤣
Ah ! I think there may be a few other folks worried now they wife will start putting on their wellies when they are about to go out shooting for the night 🫢🤣
Well that’s nice Mick, I’m just researching how to block offensive comments 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Thanks matey , I was so happy for her last night, but tonight, it’s Heidi the chef, and Wild Boar Shanks in beer 👌👌👌👍
Indeed it is, she’s already had two invitations from land owners to go to their places and try her skills out there. I can see this getting extremely expensive 🤷🏼♂️🤣🤣
@predatorprotectionuk sgc an FAC for Xmas present for the boss then!? My partner will happily process up all the duck pheasant an partridges I bring home, she's handy helping out butchering up the venison aswel, makes a mean venison Wellington!

Yes indeed it is, Heidi is also an accomplished fly fishing ace too, often whooping my arse on the reservoir

Yes indeed she did Bert, no fannying around and giggling on our video chap 👍👍
Well done both of you, my partner is totally anti and doesn't like seeing anything shot but enjoys coming beating , eating game and helping me on the rearing field so work that out🤷. Can't wait to see Heidi first deer trip 👍
Thanks very much for your support, I’m sure it won’t be long before Heidi is on the phone to the farmer and sorting it out
