Yeah, rotisserie chickens tend to be pretty juicy and that’s what I used 😁 I’m sure an egg white would help with the ground chicken. thanks so much for giving me feedback on the taste😊

I am dairy & pork intolerant so most of his recipes aren't for me either. 🤕 However, reading all the comments as I am wont to do, he says You can use cream cheese for nuggets. Daiya has a non-dairy cream cheese that is not disgusting & doesn't have dirty ingredients; or last time I bought it, it didn't have. I think this sounds easy & wonderful enough to try it. Pork doesn't agree with me these days either but I do eat them anyway once in a while as they are crunchy & anazing!! I make a couple puppy chow type snacks out of them when I am having withdrawals for treaty crunch!! Just have to know I will not feel well for a couple days after. I haven't been able to give up snacks; I make them all keto &/or carnivore but I have a big sweet, junk tooth!! 🤪 Hope You find out what is causing Your digestive upset & a work around to still have all the good stuff You like!
