On my website there are hundreds of meal prep, snack, and macro friendly dessert recipes that I have developed over the years. There are no targeted ads, no pointless life stories and endless scrolling to get to the ingredient list, just the recipes. I have a subscription based model where Gold Members have access to every recipe on the site, which is under $5/month with annual memberships. If that's not your thing, there is also a Silver level membership that is free for life, still ad free, and you get access to more than 40% of the recipes. Registering to become a member, whether that is a Gold or Silver (free) member, is the best way you can help support what I do. I appreciate all of you more than you know 😎

I love how honest this channel is. cooking is time and energy consuming, and we just don't have much of either. I'd eat healthier if cooking was more convenient, and it can be that! Thank you for providing not just good recipes, but accessible ones.
😎😎😎
It really does seems like a lot of work, and it could be if you don't cook that often. But then you realize how long they last. I spent about an hour making the bean and cheese tacos the other week (yes, the other *week* lol), and I'm barely over half way through, at a rate of about 2 tacos per day. 1 hour of work for 3 ish weeks of tacos at about $10 cost for ingredients? Not a bad trade.
It's pretty obvious. Same way eating healthy adds up
I always just dump a bunch of different veggies in 1 pan and mix it up with creamcheese and a bunch of spices and herbs if i dont feel like cooking.
Its a healthy and quick meal and you can just put it in the frying pan, turn the heat down and just stir it every 5-10 minutes for 30min total.
Look up Aglio e Olio, one of the quickest, simplest recipes you can get. Do not worry about the amount of oil used, extra virgin olive oil has a tonne of health benefits.
This video has inspired me to start my own snack city in my freezer. I swear this channel just gets better and better. Thank you so much for these recipes! My wife and I have been meal prepping for 15 years now, so its always great to find a channel that specializes in delicious and healthy meal preps.
Keep up the excellent work!
Thank you 😎
If you’re Hispanic or used to more spice, add another jalapeño and double the cayenne. They were pretty bland when I made them. I also omitted the brown sugar because I feel like the sweet potato adds some good sweetness and the brown sugar is probably for color anyway.
Made this recipe last night. Loved it. I also minced up some pickles into it. New favorite. Love your channel. Keep it up!
I vacuum seal all our portions for snack city. That way I'm not opening and closing the bag over and over again. Kids servings and servings for my wife and I. I even kept some McDonalds Happy Meal boxes. I find a small toy they have and put it in a zip lock bag. Call it the Daddy Meal. They love it.
Love this channel. Refreshing format and presentation. Much more approachable recipes than a lot of other cooking channels and I enjoy the focus on nutrition!
Thank you so much 😎
Thank you so much for taking the time to make these videos. This channel has made it so easy to hit my protein goals and I never feel like In in a recipe rut anymore. Preciate you 🙏🏻
Been holding off on buying a good food processor and vacuum sealer but this is the recipe that’s changed my mind… snack city here I come
Let's goooooo 😎
We at my house, too. But once you acquire good tools / gadgets, and come to understand how they improve your cooking / cleaning / gardening, you always wonder why you didn't do it earlier. I guess I'm not the only one who has to be persuaded! 😉
Also, you don't need to buy at the higher end, so do a bit of research and read customer reviews. All best!
I added some lemon and lime with extra jalapeño. I love this more than I thought I would, thank you for the recipe.
These are awesome. I added a Serrano pepper for more heat. I Must have a fat scooper since I ended up with 60 vs 90 but they’re great. 5 min in the air fryer to crisp up and they’re perfect
I am so glad I found your videos! Now I’m addicted to watching! Can’t wait to order supplies.❤
josh i just love a ton of your recipes. im not a really good cook, so your videos have helped me to cook more. thank you
Man, I’ve been subbed since before you went viral with your buffalo recipe and a gold member on your website. You’ve always had your own unique commentary that I loved, but now you address the trolls is absolutely AMAZING! I now come for the amazing recipes, but also the commentary haha.
Also, video idea? Maybe you could do a video showing off your website and a little tutorial on how to maximize its usage? I love the website and it makes shopping sooooo much easier
Thank you for your support 😎
Hello Josh. Totaly will add this to my snack portfolio, thank you for that. And I wanted to tell you something I just recently learned myself to help you improve (nothing todo with this video tho). When using your microplane on citrus fruits hold the fruit and move the plane instead of the other way around. This makes it just so much easier. Cheers Mate.
Tried these today. Delicious! Thanks for the Recipe.
Keep these videos coming!! Thank you 🙏
This recipe was awesome! I substituted ground turkey in because it’s way easier to find and it still turned out great (just needed to cook a couple minutes longer is all).
Just found your channel, you are a refreshing original content creator and have a great character. Appreciate the content since this discussion fatigue is exactly what I have issues with when gaining weight in any meaningful way. Definitely adding some of these ideas to a version of my own snack city.
Hey 👋🏽 since I have found your channel I have gotten so much inspiration for quick, easy, and healthy dinners that aren’t bland and tasteless recipes. Its stuff I ACTUALLY enjoy eating!! Thanks you for all you do and for being YOU!…but I have one question, do you think you can make a video about fridge/pantry essentials or common grocery lists that you make for your meal preps for the weak?…I hope this is not asking a lot!(maybe it is lol) but really thank you so much for all your amazing healthy content. 🙏🏽🤟🏽😊🖤
I just discovered this channel and I fell in love with the idea of snack city. I just have to upgrade my fridge, because with small freezer, the best I can do is snack village, or snack campground.
Thanks Josh. I am going to make these today!
Amazing idea! Thanks so much!
I swear you post these every time AFTER I make groceries 😓
You got to be from the south with make groceries
@@watching789 actually from Chicago but I lived the past 5 years in New Orleans and Dallas lol 😂
Ha. I’ve been doing 10 AM posts if you want to start going later
Lol!
you make your own groceries, thts pretty cool
EXCELLENT IDEA... especially for a party.
Will for sure be giving this a shot!
Thank you so much for letting us know the macros even though you do not count them. I am a fanatic about counting macros so this is much appreciated. I also appreciate your out of box recipes - you give us original recipes not a different version of the same old recipes.
Great recipe, short and concise video. I bought the induction cooktop you use, it is amazing. Keep it up 💪💪💪
Just wanted to say snack city is the best idea. i regularly store the fries, chicken fries, and chicken meatballs and its great. as a fat guy trying to loose weight while working and in grad school the ability to have a high protein snacks or the start of meals with our trying hard has both kept me healthier, and kept me from eating out and spending money. thanks so much for these recipes.
Absolutely brilliant!!
Oh Sir Cortis, I see you have come back again with a fresh new pan of treats. How delightful.
I love this recipe and have been meal prepping heaps of your recipes for the past month. I particularly appreciate that you say you don’t count calories and you more emphasise the importance of eating protein. This seems like a really healthy message!
Your videos are so concise and clever, you always quote both metric and imperial measurements, thank you so much for this from Australia (I usually have my conversion calculator at the ready when I watch these videos, I don't need to with yours!). I too always buy my own chicken to make into mince.
glad to hear that they are helpful
Your so sassy in this one and I love it! Been working my own snack city for a couple months now and these are definitely joining the party
I completely understand your sentiment for efficiency over uniformity. 3:09
Nice. I'm totally gonna make these. They look really delicious.
Thank you 😎
Can’t wait to try this
Pro tip, use parchment paper on pan, less stick and less mess to clean up
Yeah don't understand why you wouldn't do this tbh
I’m subscribed to less 30 channels this is one. You inspired me to prep more.
I love your Dr. Nowzaradan sticker at 4:51. “Why you eat so much?” 😂
Love the content and subtle jokes, keep it up 👍
MY GUY!!!! This is my new favorite channel right now :)
I appreciate your clarification on the home flash freezing 🤣
The scale never lie, people do!
Do you think you’re malnourished?
This is an excellent recipe. At last, something that is not just nutritious, but affordable, too, especially when one kid just eats chicken nuggets. So, thank you for this fab recipe
😎😎😎
That was just what i was looking for.. Breakfast bites ;-)
Awesome video. I wanna try this with other flavor variations
Hey I though that was a great idea. I need easy snacks for my freezer. Thanks 👍
These taste amazing with pico de gallo on top
thanks. this looks good to snack on.
This is Adulting 101 GOLD!
I love how your recipes are healthy, macro-friendly, but more importantly, practical. Not everyone has a college gym bro's fridge with liquid egg whites and zero-calorie sweeteners and even if you're goal is to be in a deficit, a little real sugar or a couple of egg yolks is fine. But gym bro or not, everyone hates vegetables so I like seeing like-minded people produce such content manifesting our mutual hatred. Appreciate the awesome content!
I ordered the ZWILLING Vacuum Sealer using your code, thanks for that!
Awesome recipe
Thank you
i used your code to get that Zwilling vaccuum and i love it. i save a lot of food with it
These legit look great dude
thank you 😎
This looks sooooo good! And snack city in my freezer…😂😂😂😂nice!!!❤
Hey!! *I’m* a Jimmy Buffett fan and I felt that in my soul!
Love all the Honesty bombs you're dropping, I'm cracking up watching 🤣🤣😂😂
Made these and my friend came over just to take some home. Absolutely smacked
thanks
Just trie making reservations bad boys. Store bought ground chicken is definitely a lot more watery, couldn’t get them browned but they taste amazing
I feel like I should admit I was a little worked up about you saying flash freeze but corrected and settled down. Well done
Lol
Chicken and sweet potatoes- two of my favorite foods- in a new form. Plus spice? Hellz yes dude.
use some blueberries as the sweetener.
Just made these. Super easy to make and absolutely delicious. Only change I made was adding 2 tsp of msg and damn these are fire.
Ooh good idea
This channel is top quality
For the past 3 weeks I have been adding your recipes into my meal prep planning, and I couldn't be happier with the amount of info you put out alongside them.
It is making Macro tracking so much easier. I haven't branched out to snack city, but some spicy nuggets might be the thing that pushes me over the edge into getting it rolling!
Keep up the amazing work, I've passed your channel on to several personal trainers I know with people struggling to enjoy meal prepping.
So awesome to hear, thank you for your support 😎
Well, he is an honest ytber. Can't ask for more
Defo gonna try that, shane that any part of chickin is hilariously expensive in my country
I ALWAYS press my balls into nugget shapes. Never made chicken nuggets tho, gonna have to try it out.
Amazing
pls do more high calorie meal preps
Mine turned out more like a chicken patties, nevertheless this was actually quite tasty! I like low heat options and i defo think the 3/10 is on point. Greetings from Sweden.
lol man I followed you, I swear, 2 months ago at like 150k followers. Your growth is crazy and very well deserved. Keep going!
Thank you 😎
much love!!!!
amazingly inspirational, and gdamn i love the practicality and the real world considerations. also, wondering how many freezers you are working with. saw one deep freezer and one empty ass freezer..... is that all you're working with? (i find it hard to work in just the one in my side-by-side, and the additional small little freezer i got.)
We love your channel and you funny 😆
Oooo this looks relatively easy to make low-fodmap :3
have you tried cayenne instead of hot sauce? i think that might be more true to nashville hot chicken. but im definitely gonna give this a go, looks delicious! you are my go to for meal prep ideas.
Thumbs up for the Dr Now fridge magnet. 😂
Classic
@@TheMealPrepManual He's a legend.
As a jimmy buffet fan, i appreciate the spice consideration. Awesome recipe
Shoutout to the parrot heads
Such a good line.
If I had to guess , one jalapeño and cayenne would be a 7/10 on buffet scale
It is a joke that i freeze nearly everything with my friends and family, and I'm okay with that. This RUclips person understands that freezing saves time and money for food prepping, and actually keeps food fresh and tasting better than if you simply refrigerated the food. I joke back towards people who only refrigerate leftovers that they're afraid of commitment.
very interesting. seems a bit healthier than normal chicken nuggets to. im in.
What size cookie scoop are you using?
Regular russet potatoes work ?
Nice recipe, tastes really good. Only thing I have to say is I highly highly recommend not trying it with a blender. It took me forever as I could only put a handful of chicken chunks in at a time. Obviously not all blenders are equal so YMMV. If I do it again I'll be buying a food processor.
It's funny, how my current, 50$ blender gave up after second batch of sweet potatoes, whereas the previous 10$ one with much bigger container and blades had no problem slicing through them as well as chicken thigh. I guess that bigger processing container makes a difference. Potatoes were sliced into slightly bigger pieces but in the end it did not even matter.
.... And my newest, most expensive blender has broken processor attachment :)
God damn I want that fridge magnet of dr now
Hey Josh what vacuum seal and bags are you using here?
Do you think you could use this concept with other veggies? I feel like making a mixture of ground chicken, carrots, onions, and maybe squash or some kind of legume would be a promising way to have easy, nutritious, complete meals in the freezer.
adding some low fat mozarella is also a option to add some more protein
Can we use an original potatoes?
How will these do with regular potatoes? I dont really like sweet potatoes
Is there anything else you can use in place of the sweet potatoes?
This is Soylent Green!
Can I use an unsweetened potato?
how much do you reuse a bag? do you go trough alot of them? do you just use them until the bags seems too worn out?
Anyone have a suggestion for a sweet potato sub, preferably less carbs?
Could they cook in ball shape to make meatballs?
These look so good…curious how the texture is with the sweet potatoes?!
The sweet potatoes help soften them
I'm just gonna bust into your snack city... these look great ... and even better if they've already been made 😹😹🙌🙌
They are almost gone already haha
@@TheMealPrepManual yeah coz I broke in and gobbled them up 😹😹
Could you use normal potatoes if you're like me and aren't a fan of sweet ones?
