The "What's New" page from the "how to play" menu shows changes and additions from TU7 and at 3:24 you can even see that he is unable to quick move items while having an item on the cursor (judging by the tooltip), which was fixed in TU8 according to changelog. (On bedrock you cannot quick move items while holding something on the cursor, since it drops the item on the cursor instead, which is very stupid.) To me it seems like this is indeed TU7.
