As a wise man once said, "most of the time someone breaks into your house while thinking you aren't home, they came to steal things, and if they break in with the knowledge you are inside, they've come to harm you." This isn't always the case, but it has some truth.
I think it is true because who tf you gonna harm if they aren’t home and who tf that stupid to steal right in front of the owners face

This is why I roll my eyes when I hear “We lived in a neighborhood that was so safe we kept our doors unlocked.”
NO NEIGHBORHOOD IS SAFE ENOUGH TO DO THAT. Idk how anyone can sleep with their doors unlocked and no curtains on their windows. At least put up a cloth with nails or thumb tacks. Your safety is far more important.
My dad makes sure the doors and windows and doors locked before he goes to sleep🌚
yeah I never understood that. maybe its just cuz Im the younger generation but like the world has always been dangerous.
A kna, like I live with my mam in a fairly safe estate. I always check both doors are locked and the back gate. Recently there was a whole thing, from 10:55 pm, a bunch of teens were smashing up someone’s house a few houses up from mine, when one of the old men came out they said “we’re smashing h her house up because she’s a slut” they left, the owner of the house came back screaming that’s she’s gonna kill them. The owner has a dog toy voice it’s propa squeaky, my mam slept through all of this, until the teens came back around midnight and smashed it up again. The whole street was up and outside. Within a hour people were fighting, the neighbours house was smashed with plant pots, this bloke was ramming himself against their doors *(both the lass and her neighbours)* it took the police around twenty minutes to arrive, once they came the people fled. Buy for another 30 minutes you heard soy toy squeaking at my neighbours house at 1:20 am. While I’m too scared to have my lamp on, so I’m using my phones flashlight to read. It’s a really quiet and safe estate, but shit like this happens around once every eight years.
right?! our door is always locked
Even if you could know everyone there was safe there’s still Some people from out of will drive through nicer neighborhoods knowing that the people are less likely to be worried about locking doors and just go around checking. It has happened to us before once. Very safe neighborhood, this was the only incident that ever happened, but imagine if we hadn’t locked our cars and door.
Major props to Emily for keeping her cool and checking in with all her family members. She did a great job holding it all together until the police came. She might have been too terrified to text, but she made sure she did everything right first.
There's no need to text. Just obliterate your foe in the most inhumane way possible and kill her/him and claim it's self defense.
Whoever is reading this, I wanted to say I hope you have a great day and that God loves you so much that He sent His son, Jesus, to die on a cross for your sins and He rose again from the dead three days later. God Bless!
And also, He doesn't want you to go to Hell, but He wants you to go to Heaven with Him but you have to be Saved. How do I get Saved you might ask? Here are the steps below on how to get Saved!
1. Believe that God sent His Son
(Jesus) to die on a cross for your sins and that He rose again from the dead 3 days later.
2. Confess to Jesus that you are a sinner and ask forgiveness for your sins and Turn away from your sins. If you sin again after asking forgiveness of that sin, ask forgiveness again and try not to do it ever again. Jesus will forgive you!
3. Ask Jesus to come into your heart and your life and for Him to be your Lord and Savior forever.
4. Build a Personal Relationship with Jesus by Praying and Reading the Bible daily and Live for Him Forever.
I'm Praying for you and you are loved
(Romans 10:9-13))

Something like this could’ve happened to me with the first story. We are moving so my parents put up the house for sale and we’ll move out in June. One time someone scheduled an agent viewing (when the agent comes first before bringing the clients to check out the house) this meant we didn’t have to leave so my mom and I stayed in the basement. When he first arrived there were 3 other people with him a couple and a girl (I only saw the couple and the guy walk in since the other girl came in later) this was the first red flag. when they came into the basement my mom noticed the other girl who had walked in wasn’t in the basement. After they had left we heard a noise coming from upstairs so my mom decided to grab a charger as an excuse to see what was going on. The agent was on a phone call downstairs and looked surprised to see my mom. Then she went upstairs to find the girl taking pictures of our master bedroom, my mom asked what she was doing and she responded “Oh, this is just stuff for tiktok.” Which sounded really weird because who does that? We think they were taking pictures of the house to come back and steal and the guy was standing guard since he talked really loudly to let the girl know what was happening when talking to my mom and kept looking upstairs nervously. A few days after that situation we were going on a trip to Florida and brought all our valuables and prescription medicines just in case. Luckily they never came back, but it’s kinda a freaky coincidence that these stories could have been the same outcome. Plus my name is actually Emily too which is why I got chills when hearing this story.
That might’ve been the longest comment I’ve written ever, congrats if you read all of it

I apparently scared the crap out of my friend once when I was home alone at my Nana's house. I currently live with my Nana, and my friend lives three states away.
Anyway. I was texting her, sending memes and catching her up on what I'd done during the week and vice versa, but as we were talking I heard scratching on one of the doors. I instantly grabbed my knife (Big knife that I keep in my bedside drawer) and stood up. My friend got worried when I stopped texting and started asking if I was okay. I told her I heard scratching on a door inside the house, and she immediately started freaking out and trying to call. When my phone went off, the scratching got louder and I started to panic as well. I slowly snuck out of my room and went to find where the sound was coming from (Stupid I know) and I found out it was coming from my aunt's room. I slowly opened the door and raised my knife for a line one strike when-
My dachshund ran out of the room past me and ran to the back door to go potty. I just closed the door and let my friend know the dog was stuck in one of the rooms and was trying to get out.
Still scared the shit out of me and my friend though

For some reason when Mr Nightmare narrates in the 3rd person the stories seem much more scary IMO
It could be because the story sounds like it’s a retelling instead of a recounting. If someone is recounting a personal story you know that they came out of the situation okay. If someone else is telling the story, it seems like someone telling a true crime case where the person died or something

I have a horror story of my own. (Actually happened to me a few month ago) I was in a small RUclips live when I saw someone in my window well watching me. I ran to hide and locked myself in our safe room. They started banging on the window. I texted my mom and she called the cops. I didn’t come out till I heard sirens and the police searched the house. They couldn’t find him and I haven’t seen him since. I dunno if it was some random creep trying to break in and was waiting till I left, if he was just a creeper, or maybe he was some kind of killer but that’s unlikely hahaha.
All jokes aside these are seriously traumatic experiences. I think about it a lot of the time. I’m already a pretty nervous person but I’m constantly on edge that I may be getting stalked now.

I’d never give my personal information to someone through a text message. Not even if it’s a person that’s close to me. You never know who is on the other side of the screen.
That was so dumb to me lol like, the dude barely put in any effort and she's like sure! Why not?
What's scary is so many young people are so ingrained with texting it's nothing to them to share private info thinking they know who they're "talking" to. And before all you young'uns jump all over my comment...I know it's not everyone.
Amanda was in the story lucky
Yeah that was wtf. Like if common sense is alien to you and you keep talking to just absolute rando then at least meet someone for the first time in a more or less crowded establishment.
Amen to that
That first story hit home. When I was 18 my parents went on vacation and I was watching the house. I came home late from work and the house was extremely hot and it was a 100 degree nights. When I went into my parents bedroom I found their window open so I immediately grabbed my double barrel shotgun loaded 2 shells and began sweeping every possible area where someone could hide. My Jack Russell started barking uncontrollably because he knows how loud a gun is but smelled the fear in me and remained quiet but followed me in every area until I determined it was all clear. I called my parents and told them what happened and asked if anything was missing and told them no. So I was guessing when the person opened the window my dog let out a large aggressive bark and scared them off. Needless to say I make sure everything is locked but I slept with my shot gun for the rest of the week cuz you never know.
The last story, at least the person the mom was talking to wasn’t planning on harming her
We can't say this. Maybe last person luring her out from home and maybe he would have planned to call her on isolate place where he could do anything with her.
@@chunkypandeynet6443 it just sounded like he only wanted to rob the house
@@nsasupporter7557 if he would have called to male member of the house, i could think of him robbing the house. But when it comes to female member, there is chance where he could think of other than robbing.
Look at this way, she called 911, cop searched every where in her house but couldn't find any entry of intruder or any evidence where they could say that intruder was in there home.
@@chunkypandeynet6443 whatever, I’m done arguing
@@chunkypandeynet6443 It wouldn’t really make sense if the intruder was trying to lure her to a different location to harm her, because he was already in the house. If his plan was to assault and/or rape her, then he could have done it in the house. It sounded like he was just trying to lure her away so he could rob the house while she was gone.

In the second story when he said that Jake had lost his phone, I literally went
*NOOOOOOOOOO*
I was honestly just thinking about him and this was posted. He’s reading my mind😭😭
I like people with long brain. I have long amount of disl*kes btw. Why? Maybe people with short brain disl*ke because jealous of my long amount of subscr*bers. Please have long brain, dear hor
Same here
Sameee
That’s not all he’s doing inside my mind 😏
Same here!!!
Mr Nightmare can even make a toaster sound scary!
It would be a shocking bathroom story.
@@Foxy-Mask_Menace ah yes, a man of culture...
@@Foxy-Mask_Menace .........Nice
Every time I play the mr nightmare tune in a my head it always gets creepy
Got bread?? I got my toaster make u freeze up like a poster
Glad I never had any face conversations with the creepy bigfoot hunters who want to spy on me
You’re everywhere.
Go on my son
If you’ll let me get a few non blurry pictures of you and some hair samples, we’ll split the cash. You can buy all the shampoo and toilet paper you’d ever need. Just think about it.
hunters are the biggest soy boys out there
Long time no see
The stories just disturbed my alone sleeps
As someone who watches anime, it just entertains me. Level 5 magic, falling star unleash boom! ~ Flare Arlgrande Jioral (Redo of healer)
This man just knows when to post, just got my drink went on RUclips and he posted couldn’t get any better , goat 🐐🐐
This is the best scary stories channel of all time. You can’t change my mind. Simple yet so effect and creepy
This guy fails to let us down. Keep up the good work!
Re-read your message very carefully
@@nerd6447 nothing wrong with it, totally not edited….
@@creepy_channel nice content!
@@elimalard thanks man
Story #1 I think if my daughter was home alone and she sent me that text I would have been there before police! That's shit is so scary😱
Mr. nightmare has given me pure joy for 6 years now
Same. I love Mr. Nightmare, Unit #522, Corpse Husband, and Lazy Masquerade. They have great voices to listen to as they read horror content.
same bruh since 2015
The second story actually shocked me.
Fake af
@@phlemtaco6623 Stuff like that actually happens, man. Just because you don't personally experience it doesn't mean this is nessecarily fake.
@@sardonyxhalloween1987 yes obviously, but this story in particular is very fake.
@@sardonyxhalloween1987 this guys whole channel is filled with fake shit. Stop being so gullible.
Youd really dig RezTKF
Thank god Emily is okay :))
It's scary too, I rarely like scary things so kudos to you :D
It’s always a good day when Mr. Nightmare uploads
this is why I don’t answer my phone unless its my family
Use Nord VPN
@@zaeyact They just pointed out a VPN. Doesn't means there automatically sponsored. And people don't sponsor in comment sections.
So that's why you didn't answer last week

The scariest text I’ve ever received: “Do you know Candice?”
“Candice nuts fit in yo mouth 😈😈😈‼️”
Candace Owens?
Do you??
Is Tamera Home?
@@Ously6 tamera who ?!!!?!????????
I really get most spooked by the content that has video or audio or photographic content to support it.
The best thing about this channel is that the ads go on in between the stories and not in the middle of them.
I love how you are incorporating actual images along with these stories.
Man been a while since I’ve watched Mr. Nightmare. it’s good to be back.
I’m always amazed by just how many people don’t have a password on their phone. I mean I guess the only people sending stories like the last 2 are people who don’t but I still feel like I hear WAAAAYYYY too many stories like those ones.
I was watching a movie then I realised this is more important
Mr. Nightmare needs his own show of just his stories like this in a series
THANK YOU for reading the text messages! I like to watch (but mostly listen) to RUclips while I get ready in the morning and I always hate videos where I have to stop a read a bunch of stuff
Even if it's so safe you can keep your doors locked, it's best practice to lock them. You'll never know who will decide to roll into the neighborhood and try their luck
Whenever you upload my day get instantly better
*About to sleep
*Mr nightmare notification pops up
Me: “ah well. Don’t need sleep anyways”
I’m so bummed out that there isn’t a new Batman Arkham game man. I don’t wanna play as Robin and knight wing and batgirl!
Good luck sleeping 🥺
@@maryconn1 lol I'm like tf you talking about but I'm guessing its cause the profile pic
@@JustAFriendlySatanWorshipper lol yeah! 😂😂😂
I like the safety tips you gave us at the end of each story. Thanks, Uncle Nightmare!
I have two dogs, and my neighbors all have dogs, and one dog sleeps outside my room. One dog sleeps in my room, so I’m pretty safe.
Last story: That is some INCREDIBLE IQ.
He was getting her to leave to rob, that was smart as hell
@@niavellir7408 I'd never heard of that happening, before. That truly is smart.
@@niavellir7408Not that I condone it, though. 🤷
@@niavellir7408 yeah
Nothing is more scary that what I look like when I wake up.
🤣🤣🤣
facts
I learned from these stories that I rather lose my wallet than my phone.
Yeah if they after your life. Which you have no way of knowing so guess better safe than sorry.
Me, who have map in my wallet: 👁👄👁
💀 yea cause having somone apply for credit cards and bank accounts in your name is not damaging to you at all
The last story is EXACTLY why I have ALWAYS set up a passcode on my phone (even for my first phone I received when I was 14-15) so that if it ever got lost It'd be unable to be broken into and used by some random creep.
i love these stories that are strange dark and mysterious delivered in story format
I think you got the wrong channel 🤔
