After researching appliances for my new custom built home, I had decided on SKS all gas range with the griddle and the SKS combi steam wall double oven. You 2 have confirmed that have made the right decision as far as cooking. It looks like the SKS dishwasher would be a good choice also. Thank you!

Anywhere anytime anyone is in the market for quality kitchen appliances, they should be watching these fellows.
Francesco feels friendlier and more passionate, while Steve comes across as considered, thoughtful, analytical, and knowledgeable, with a corresponding speaking style. A good team.
Steve has also clearly improved his on camera interaction with his co-host. A bit more practice will likely make Steve more socially fluid, and no one will ever be able to tell this is / was a weakness.
I notice when you guys are not paying attention to each other speaking, you are often looking off into the distance at what one guesses is another camera? But then you are not seen looking into the eyes of the audience, but looking off who knows where?
I genuinely do not know the answer to this question, but I do wonder if your presentation would be improved by you both looking more into the camera? If you haven't already, consider experimenting with this.

I am 5'7" and I can reach items on the top shelf of my SKS column with flat feet on the floor. This comment about having to be 6'3" or over 6' to be able to use the top shelf of an SKS refrigerator is not accurate. Also, the SKS wall oven with steam combi does not have "intermittent steam" or "steam assist". My SKS wall oven with steam has full steam above 250 degrees. You are correct that the steam is throttled back at 212 degrees so you can not steam vegetables or rice in it. This, however, is because of the door seal rather than a steam limitation. From the spec sheet I found that this wall oven has a 1960 watt steam generator in it. At those lower temps below 250 degrees, the water would condense in the oven and run out the bottom of the unsealed oven (which is why SKS doesnt allow full water to go through the steam generator at those lower temps). Just thought I would clarify a couple things from my own personal experience.

Steve, the SKS double oven with steam and combi is priced at $7k not $4500 on your website. Different value prop at that price

So true. However, there is a 25% builder discount. Plus other rebates.

The SKS has a $500 installation rebate on the 48" french door.
