The story of Kurseong is absolutely true. I've been there plenty of times, never seen anything but felt absolute chills every time I went there.
Tbh I've been to kurseong too and it's such a nice place. I got really positive vibes when I visited. Although I visited a place in Darjeeling, there were 2 schools (dow hill and victoria)which were supposed to be haunted but idk I enjoyed visiting and never felt uncomfortable(maybe the ghosts enjoyed my playful nature lol)
It's all myths l live in downhill myself never in l life have l experienced anything in the place it's all a rumor that's been spread because of the deep forest and mist that makes the place look scary and try to any local here that's the answer you'll get

My grandmother stays in mumbai, andheri. Back during their time there was a sabji wala who was mudered due to known reasons. He was killed by cutting his head off. My grandma said that his spirit use to roam during the night in search of his head. My grandma has seen him roam in their house in search of his head. He never harmed anyone, just loited here and there.

If u ask about aura and environment yes its all nature there best place for spirits to hover comfortably… if u ask about sightings? Umm No, very less. The place is tbh holy than negative
When I used to Live in Thailand with my relatives there, I used to read lots of books after school and one of the most fascinating book that i read was about this floating head ( krasue ) it is one of the most scary creature of Thailand and perhaps other neighbouring countries as well.
And recently a movie was released in 2016 perhaps idk and but it was named " inhuman kiss " . U should try it 👾✌️

Both Dowhill and Victoria are a boarding school and Dowhill mai class lkg se 10 tak classes hai and victoria mai 4 se 10 tak. Also I've stayed in that hostel since lkg to class 10 and I've roamed in that forest too even during the night , it is a bit spooky but tbh I've never felt anything like that
And school December se March tak winter break dete hai as summer break sirf 10 days ka hota hai and kurseong k saare school mai winter break itne hi hote hai. It's actually funny to hear it as I've never experienced it by staying there but i like your story narration and no hate to the video

Well I’m from Siliguri and we siliguri people often go to dowhill in weekends. It’s a very beautiful place eerie of course but peaceful as well. I never felt or saw anything unusual although the entire place is popular for being haunted.

I got to know about him in a T. V serial.. "Kaal bhairav rahasya"... Where people used to worship him as some deity.. Of course what is shown in the serial is not true but it was inspired from the real practices ..

However, one small fact check the school which you showed is Dowhill school and not Victoria boys school. Both the schools are nearby, they are from the British period, and have haunting stories. Well almost every school in our hills have such kind of stories as they have been operating since British times. Hope you cover more of these stories in the future.
I'm from Nepal and same urban legend is very famous here. We call Sarkata ( a मुर्कटा ) . Many people claim they've seen a headless man riding a white horse Or a group of headless man riding horses at night ... But who knows if there's reality in it or not😂😂😂

I was a student of North Bengal Medical College which is at Siliguri ( 1.30 hr drive from Kurseong ) and we used to visit dowhill very often and we visited this school at night also ( around 2-3 am in the month of dec ) and we spend some quality time there , I walked in the death road out of curiosity with one of my friend, honestly we did so many crazy things there , it was quite fun but I admit the place is really very spooky and we freaked out several times 😂 but It was fun.
WAIT THIS IS ACTUALY TRUE!!! I thought that this character was just made for stree 2 movie!! DAMN
M from Kurseong..m most of my brother has studied in Victoria boys school...to be honest that place is very okey in the day time ..n at night it becomes scary for the obvious reasons 😊...its not very far from my home so I visit that place very often..there are so many scary and creepy stories that I have heard growing up ...m not gonna lie if you didn't research about it it's quite a normal place..but weather and stories makes it scary...the information in the video is💯 true... visiting Dowhill at night is not recommended..

The school being closed from December to march is not because of ghosts but because it gets super cold and almost all schools in the hills close for minimum 2 months during winter.
my friend studies in dowhill school too. she always used to bunk her classes and go into the woods with her friends and i havent heard bout such ghost till now. ig it is just the people's believe and superstitious things.
