This is what I wanted to know. The bit reminds me of a diamond edge bit I bought recently to drill holes in ceramic pots. It probably wouldn't work on fabric, but if the bit you show will work, maybe I'll get it. Thanks.

Say if im using a polyester twill Mikado fabric and I use this to make the holes but the holes I'm making are for the mouth area of a mask to increase breathability, how would I go about sealing the holes so they don't fray?

I want a gromet that has the Smooth radius curve on both sides of the item to be grometed. Then it won't have any Rough edges.

Look for Grommets with Washers or Eyelets with Washers. They do have grommet punches, or you can hammer them too.
