When I did ballet we use to face the bar and with one foot out to the side (in second) we would arch our foot and press the top of pur foot against the ground, it would help with our arches and help to get our feet ready for pointe shoes. (Which takes years)
Is too dificult to get a flexible ankle? I'm not natural flexible so my feet look like biscuits :^(. I'd love to see some exercises for the flexibility and strenght of the back. Thank you for these lovely videos, greetings from Argentina
