- 100g thawed and drained spinach
- 50g dried mushrooms, soaked and drained
- 60g blue cheese (Bavaria Blue was used in the video)
- 2 shallots
- 1 egg for brushing the pastry
- Oil for frying
- 1 tablespoon butter, to taste
- Salt, pepper
