Exploring Heceta Head Lighthouse

- Exploring the Oregon Coast in August brought me to an old favorite, the Heceta Head Lighthouse. I started the morning on a tidepool tour with the Cape Perpetua Collaborative. Then I made a quick hike to the lighthouse. What a way to start a day on the coast.
Heceta Head Lighthouse is on the ancestral lands of the Coos, Lower Umpqua, Siuslaw, Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde, and Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians and peoples.
