@InesVandehoof I'm sorry if I appear to be overly dramatic, but there are many reasons why written communication has rules that need to be followed, but the main one that concerns me, as you as referenced, is it's effectiveness being lost. Poor punctuation does indeed make effective communication easier and, in some cases, possible. It's just a thought, but try to imagine Shakespeare without commas or fullstops! Whilst literary icons losing their relevance might not bother you,it's just a good example to demonstrate the importance of punctuation.

I feel Poch and Ten hag are quite similar, maybe not in the style of play or man management but in terms of what you can perhaps achieve with them and their recent situations. Both of them have had their hands tied at the back at Chelsea/PSG and United while dealing with dressing room/owners. Can't ignore the fact that a team like Spurs went that far in UCL and also Chelsea seemed to have made some progress this season. ETH overachieved last season. This year has been brutal to him.

Rashford worked last season due to a defensive minded SF (Wout) and also benefits massively for playing with Shaw.
Bringing in Hojlund doesn't allow for him to be lazy and also without Shaw he gets doubled up on alot.

Rasmus and Sesko are both Tall strikers even though they play different but both are tall, we need a direct type of striker, even Toney would be fine. A run and gun type of striker like Jonathan David, Alvarez… Small and nimble that can also play as a False 9.

I believe Ten hag is a good manager at introducing youth to an already strong and dominant team. Pochettino is perfect for what we need. A progressive manager who can rebuild, transform and get results along the way. What he did at spurs is actually the position United are in. A complete change is needed. Pochettino has done that at a higher level and more challenging circumstances than ten hag in the past. It could very well work and click for United. Fact is we’ve gone backwards under ten hag. Too far backwards than was acceptable. Pochettino can change struggling clubs. Ten hag never showed that. Ajax was the Man City of Holland for god sake.
