@@GrantMFletcher I built a title/bumper following this tutorial the other day and am so psyched on how it turned out! Used PNGs instead of text and took a couple tips from another video of yours. Thanks again man! 🙏🙏🙏
It's really interesting seeing this as I created a very similar-looking template in my pack, inspired by the A24 ident. I used Minimax instead of echo and keyframed the radius to change as the text moved.
Would there be a similar way to use this with the colorama effect instead of adjusting the individual channels? Great short tutorial btw, I’m really excited to use some of these techniques
Absolutely. I actually have another tutorial where I do just that! It's a little different to this but in a similar ballpark. Could be a really interesting experiment: Just use the tint effect followed by colorama.
I think what you are saying is you'd like a full tutorial on those finishing details to make a title design really sing? I can do that. Those details are an addition but not necessary, so it's just a taster of what is possible; I encourage everyone to experiment with the styling to get it how they want it rather than "painting by numbers". Plus I personally prefer a tight 6 minutes rather than a stretched out 20 minutes: I've certainly made tutorials that are a little slower paced. Just experimenting with how I want to make these.
Maybe another time I can show you how I use it with logos 🙌🏻
Pleeeease! Great tutorial as always, you rule Grant!
@@frankieboots8070 really appreciate it man. 🙏
@@frankieboots8070 imma do it. Considering making a product around it too 😏
@@GrantMFletcher YESSSS! Thats amazing news, thank you for your service good sir! I’ll be waiting and rendering with bated breath. 🤩

A master at his craft, thank you!
Too kind! ☺️
Amazing stuff Grant!! You explain things very clearly 🙌🏻🙌🏻
So glad to hear that man. Thanks so much for the support.
Nice! I like to end my Shift Channel swipes with a rippling pulse of Chromatic Aberration 2 just for a nice little (non-directional-specific) finish
Yeah I've got that one now too. Very useful!

Jamie! You always do it right! Lemme check that out. I bet it’s an exquisite way of doing it 🙌🏻
Nice. I've been using Shift Channels lately to make chromatic aberration and rgb separation. Actually just finishing up some tutorials of my own.
Very cool!
my church has been using your church motion graphics packs for a while
thanks for those
You are SUPER welcome. :)
Stoked to try this out! Thank you for the tutorial!!
You are so welcome!

Will this work with logos?
Great tutorial! And yes, I smashed the sub button.
Super appreciate it!

@@GrantMFletcher deffo gonna be using this bad boy. 🤙
A24 vibe ❤💚💙
Hello, I have a problem, the shift channel effect does not show me the text with colors, its background is always white
The last part was the most interesting and you covered it in 30 seconds... I mean.. I can follow it.. but why's that? Why the sudden rush?

The Nostalgia Title pack no longer seems to be available.
You can grab it right here: humanvideo.co/products/nostalgia-2 🥳
My graph doesn’t move like yours does what do I need to do?
I’m not 100% on which part you are referring to. Can you be more specific and reference a timecode?
@@GrantMFletcher it's at 1:17 you bring up a graph
@@TriiangleJellyfiish You may need to right click on the graph and select "speed graph" rather than "value graph"?
@@GrantMFletcher thank you I'll give it a shot!
@@GrantMFletcher thanks this worked :)
