More unmarked cars, more plate readers, more motorcycles with radar, more aggressive driver units, more camera's mounted on street poles to catch people involved in crimes (catches the plate on the car), more tickets, larger fines. If they're driving and neither the driver nor the passenger speak english, how di they read any of the highway signs that explain how they're supposed to be driving lawfully.
Got to remember Texas, Arizona, Florida has allot of Latin and Spanish speakers that are citizens, there are even some areas that they just speak Spanish that's why they call for assistance.

@3:10 - I cannot ever remember leaving the house to drive without my wallet. It lives with my keys right inside the door. The only time I was ever discovered without my license on me was in a boat. Got a random search during a holiday weekend. I don't carry my wallet on a boat, but I leave it in the car. I know my drivers license number by heart in that event. IT helps to have a solid memory.

There are other states with high Hispanic populations that allow the test be taken in Spanish there as well. Now for the Florida CDL you are required to speak basic English, especially if you transport explosive chemicals.
No, the license plate does Not have to be fixed to the rear "CENTER" of the vehicle. but it does have to be fixed to the rear of the vehicle. Some vehicles are equipped with the license plate mounted to the left rear or center.

I think some vehicles (in some states) can switch only one colour on at a time, or any combination, depending on the situation..(@5:49 it has blue lights flashing at the top of the window, but not @6:15) Although I can only remember it being blue lights if only one colour is active. Here it might just be to show that it's being used as a camera chase car, not an "active" cop car.... maybe?

He quite literally told her he understood the urge to get her child medical help and offered to call an ambulance if it was that serious. Just because you're a "working person" doesn't negate traffic laws or road safety. Just based on the fact he has enough service marks going up his sleeve to his elblow, I imagine in the 35+ years he's been a law enforcement officer, numerous lives were saved, accidents prevented, and violent calls he responded to.
