    As a self-love channel, it was only fitting that I talk about 3 extremely helpful self-love techniques that have helped me calm my jealous feelings.
    My jealous anxiety was SO BAD before I knew how to calm them and be kind to myself. I breakdown how to change your mindset in this video!
    On a different but related note, thank you all SO MUCH for the support on my previous video about jealousy! The amount of people that felt the same way and shared similar experiences inspired me to make another video about the topic. There's so much to cover, I figured I'd continue helping!     Thank you so much, these videos are seriously helping me. I see red when i make assumptions on things that aren't even happening and ive pushed so many people away and i realise it's from past traumatic experience of being hurt from a girl that i dated(online) and only recently almost lost someone close to me from doing these traits ugh this is a big relief that it's not just me ALONE... thank you so much i know it's a working progress i have now acknowledged it and im working to improve myself,

      We all have to acknowledge that we've been hurt - but we don't want to hurt anyone else in the process of healing ourselves. I know you have the strength to form trusting relationships, as long as you're willing to put in the work for it.

    These videos have been helpful and I love the positive energy. I know I have problems to work on but it helps to know I’m not crazy, and I just have lots of trauma, and I shouldn’t let it take over my life and my relationship

      That's a bit tougher to answer! First question to ask yourself is: do you trust your partner? do you have a reason NOT to trust your partner? Communication is a HUGE part of making a long distance relationship last, but half the work too is building the strength to trust your partner. There's not much you can do when you're far apart, so you almost have to be stronger in moments like this. If your partner is a good person, you should have nothing to worry about. Work on keeping yourself occupied and tell yourself reasons why you SHOULD trust them instead of questioning them. Keep the communication open always, have conversations about how you feel.
