And when I got home I went right to work with the mods , esc programming with the app and boiling the tire foams. I live in the north east. It’s like 6 degrees out. Francis, I found a 10t gear in an old dead servo. There was no set screw so I had to locktite the thing in place but it slowed down the start up speed nicely.
What kind of servo was it? I have a bunch of old Traxxas servos laying around I’m wondering if I could steal one out of that. Also is the motor mount on the slotted so you can actually adjust the gear mesh or is that a modification you have to do. Thinking of getting one of these
@@LargeeeScaleLife I don't remember. I tossed the rest of it after I pirated the insides. I am think it was a Hexfly 10G. The old and the new gear were so close in size the mesh was practically the same.

I got the new gunmetal jeep one, its actually metallic blue but looks awesome. Super fun and for 130 on amazon its a steal. If you want less led lights and prefer the power wagon then get that and save 20 bucks.
Banggood is the ONLY place that sells them for that much. I’ve been saying this since they started selling them. If you go to the panda hobby website you will find the real prices. I’ve got the old power wagon and I’ve modified the body and layout of the electronics. I plan to get ahold of a sidewinder micro 2 esc to help with the modulation. open up some of your 1/10th scale spare box servos's "savox" etc take them apart & you can usually find a much smaller gear inside there that can be used on these tiny trucks for a pinion 👍🏼
I just picked up the RocHobby CR18 Lang Cruiser Hard Body, I was wondering what the differences are between the CR-18, the Hobby Plus and the Panda 1/18 scales are other than the electronics? I'm looking for some brass parts for it.

Lol you accidentally put 1/16 scale at first I was like woah they made a bigger one? Then you later said its a 1/18. Made more sence as to why it looked not any bigger lol. I ordered one and I'm gonna go get a die-cast truck model from Walmart and put the metal body on it. I think the extra weight would help and it would feel good aswell
Hello i got my tetra k1, sadly the servo was defect they sended me one took 2month of shiping to get it now the new servo is acting on it own * going wild* i think i need a good servo and receiver sadly that was a gift for my boy and 3month later stil cant play with it help! i need the right parts for it size ty!
I like to take mine out for walks in the city and find stuff to crawl while I walk. The only issue I have is that every rc controller looks vaguely like a weapon and maybe one day someone will feel threatened and call the cops on me. I wish they could start making controllers that don't look like guns for people who live in places where guns are very common. Obviously the designers of transmitters don't understand this or don't care.

The "speed selector " is basically just a throttle limiter, best left in high as lower settings in a bind lead to early motor failure due to burning out the brushes 👍👍💪💪
will you please review panda Hobby. I ordered a truck for my grandson and they’re shipping a junk controller. Not the nice axial scx24 controller a real piece of junk no throttle spring. They also are no longer sending the banner. Disappointing kids everywhere. It’s just a real disappointment they put out a good product and switch it. Thanks

I consider the Panda the OG of 1/18 with oil shocks. Have you done a 1:1 comparison between Panda and TRX4M? that would be cool to see.
