      Im sure he grips with his legs and relaxes his arms, but at his speed, its hard not to get arm pump. Even pros struggle sometimes with arm pump.

    One thing that I've noticed that could help you out a lot is when you come into/during a corner you're on the gas then off then back on, If you keep a consistent roll on the throttle I feel like it will help a lot. Love the vids and keep up the good work. I hate the process of working out and it's very hard to motivate myself but you definitely make it easier for me.

    Hi Jeff 👋,
    Arm pump can be brutal, I’m basically a beginner riding on tracks and geez the arm pump gets to me pretty quickly. Been trying to practice being more relaxed and trusting the bike, just gotta keep pushing. I have deep respect for the pros, it truly is a challenging sport that requires skills and a fit, nimble physique.
    Also, digging the content, keep up the good work 🤙

    What you're talking about in corner entry is really common in circle track racing as well, and typically it forces you to be gathering up the rest of the corner rather than driving off. I think you're definitely on to something with this and it will help you a lot!

    Please please do a step by step guide on whipping! And do in depth too, like sitting on the bike showing how to turn the handle bars, where you are pushing your feet out to bring the bike back, too many videos of people showing but it’s just a go pro and then talking about it. You should break it down and talk about it and show on the track and just sitting on it or something! Thank you!! :) I’m sure others will agree with this. Great videos man!! Keep them up a lot of us learn from you man and become better riders because of you.

    Can't comment on the last vid, but there was some weird graininess here, dunno what it could be. Anyways great vid, keep em comin'. I've ridden trails my whole life, it's cool to see the training of a motocrosser. I've always just ridden for a couple hours with a casual break now and then. I have found CBD pain cream put on before I ride totally eliminated my arm pump problem. I broke my wrists and when I got back on the bike I had the worst arm pump and hand cramps so I tried this CBD cream and now I don't get it at all anymore. I became such a believer I now sell it and it pays for my racing.

    Hey Jeff.
    Just a tip to get rid of the graininess of the dirt in your videos:
    When you export your video, raise your target AND maximum bit-rate in the export settings (depending on what program you use to edit).
    I know Premiere Pro has the option to change that, but I'm not too sure on other platforms.
    That'll make the video export smoother and get rid of the graininess when moving at high speeds.
    Let me know if this helps :)

      That does help and Final Cut Pro does the same thing. However a ND filter would help immensely to keep the sand from being overexposed.

    • @TSEDITS
      @TSEDITS 5 лет назад

      motocraneguy17 true, BUT GoPro isn’t comparable with them as it doesn’t have a lens like a DSLR or Mirrorless

    • @motocraneguy17
      @motocraneguy17 5 лет назад

      TS EDITS if you’re speaking of the ND filters, they have universal friction for ones for such as drones. Could get creative with a GoPro I suppose. I’d be surprised if GoPro doesn’t have any. I mean anything to cut down the light coming in should do especially if he’s shooting 1080 and above.

    👍 video . My dad tells me all the time...NO CLUTCH in the corners be in the correct gear. Sometimes I sneak it but he catches me 😊. I also started standing up more until the last second in my corners and then carry my momentum and throttle out. He always yells at me about good throttle control. And now learning to not always drop down in my corners bc sometimes I’m faster standing in them but it has to be the right corner. Have a good Mr Walker 👊🏻🏆👍 @oliverkamp910
