I don't understand why Traffic Police doesn't take any action agiasnt these 2 laws of driving. Along with checking helmets of 2 wheelers they should see who is driving with High beam on in city traffic. Bro i experienced a creta driver for the first time a few days ago. I was on a scooty on a residential road when a creta pulled up behind me out of nowhere , i slowed down for a speed breaker which was coming up and he started honking at me and flashing his headlight I had heard about creta drivers so i gave him way and he floored it through 2 speed breakers that was an eye opening experience for me...

Oh my gosh finally someone is talking about it now, on December 2023 i was on my way to pickup my family from a wedding night,i was driving our mahindra bolero,a car on high beam was coming from the opposite side he didn't even lowered the beam it was literally too high, suddenly a truck appeared infront of me,i pushed all of the brakes i could,my soul came out of me,it was a close call and from that day i take stones in my dash board

You must think i am a blind hater, nhi read my comment, I ride around 160 kmz every other day and the experiences on Highway i get with Creta or even Verna drivers are insane, never faced such issue with Nexon, Venue, sonet's. Secondly in last 2 years i have lived in 3 different homes and teeno jagah pe gaali me ekk Creta vala tha, Both of them honk a lot, even if there is nothing in sight, 2 horn to compulsory hai hi, uparse agar koi gaadi ka 1 mm bhi bich me a raha ho, to ye aesa honk krna shuru kr denge ki puri gaali balcony me aa jaegi.
Creta, Seltos, Venue and Sonet have overtaken Mahindra drivers now a days in terms of recklessness.

One major point that this video missed is that, creta is being sold for 8-9 years and now it’s presence in 2nd hand market is significant. Creta is available for much cheaper price compared to all other cars, hence it ends up being in hand of many langoors who don’t know how to handle the angoors.
I was driving my motorcycle at 80 kmph in 2 lane highway. Creta started honking and overtook me with surprise even though there was incoming traffic with big truck in opposite lane.

I don't drive on a regular basis, but when I do, I drive for at least 250 km in a single stretch. I can say that the Creta/Seltos drivers are the most toxic kind of drivers I've ever encountered. I think this car has some sort of an Aura that makes its driver too toxic. I can share some incidents too.
At nighttime on a 6 lane highway, all 3 lanes were blocked by slow moving trucks. The middle truck was the slowest. The other 2 were trying to overtake and I was seeing a Creta continuously honking at the truck which was struggling to overtake the other trucks, AT NIGHT. Till the truck ahead of the Creta gave him the way, I already overtook the trucks from the other side. Then, he was flashing lights at me asking for a side, at 100 kmph. I gave him the side, he overtook me and dropped his speed to 80-85. I got frustrated because of 2 things. 1) The thing he did to the truckers and
2) It was a Creta.
So as soon as I got space, I passed him at 120 and it's the end of the story.
Meanwhile me with me dark Harrier:- nikal ke dikha bhopadike... Touch kardiya to sandwich ban jaega tera. 😂😂

There is dire need to silence Creta's annoying horn more than anything else. I think horn is one thing which is not liked by many on all Hyundai Vehicles. These horns are very loud and it irates many a driver on road.
Creta is going to be the next chapri car. There is a reason family person never buys creta easily.Only the first gen creta was preferred by the family person. Also it could be the next Scorpio. The way scorpio was used in UP BIHAR JHARKHAND and CHATTISGARH and in HARYANA too like they owned the road back in the days.

Whenever me and my mum go out to market, malls or nearby areas. everytime we manage to find a creta driver being rash and stupidly honking for no reason. Once there was nobody in front of them still honking and high beams.
Its a combination of factors, the car is really quick and enjoyable to drive for its segment, has great blinding lights and horn to compliment it. Same is with ola scooter owners, they just flash or zoom out from no-where.
Earlier this was behaviour was common on innova drivers now they have died down and become humble.
I have noticed that tiago ev , yes very specific. Drives very eagerly and silently. I had a few close calls with this car owners , on the other hand nexon or nexon ev owners drive very reasonably and carefully.
Thats called Tin Box Phenomena. Hyundai can simply be the best selling brand with worst quality and safety(in body structure). Thanks to our Brown Sepoys.

Am a junior lawyer and I have seen a lot of senior advocates using Creta. Never heard anyone of them driving rashly. It all depends on the mentality and education of the person driving.

I personally believe profession also plays a big role in selection of a personal car.I booked a Black Scorpio Classic but later on I canceled it and bought a Deep forest Scorpio N because it wasn’t going with my Senior Software Engineer role and My Dad is a Pharmaceutical Officer so he drives a Silver elite I20 because it matches his profession.And people in India consider Car as a status symbol so profession also plays a big role in it.

Lack of road discipline is very much rampant in India...One can see ignorance in drivers irrespective of the car they drive......Creta, due to its huge sales figures has to deal with it's own share of bad drivers....also some brainless instagrammers who don't have a capability to own even a motorcycle, would take potshots at the car for the sake of views thus creating a trend......and as far as the survey in the video, the result of it seems to be based on people consuming quite a bit of creta memes....real car guys would never disrespect a car be it an alto, creta, thar or a fortuner
Finally it a also depends on the education, mentality and maturity of a driver....me being a creta owner for past 3 years and having done a lot of driving on highways can relate .....a lot of people including truck drivers don't understand that the inner lane is for higher speeds and overtaking......and creta has such a good engine that even at higher speeds, it feels very normal.... so when driving inside the inner lane, if there is a slow moving truck or a car which disturbs your driving rhythm and momentum, you have to address them to move to the slower lane (left side) and for that you have to blow horn.......but horn has absolutely no effect hence the flashing of lights......this happens quite a lot with other car owners as well

Back in history when creta was launched very few could buy it that time and those were rich people or altleast upper middle class who had high socio economic status. In recent years many got inspired and wanted to feel powerful like those so they tend to buy creta. If you see there are not many cars today which are in creta price range which werr also there 9-10 years back. Similar is case with scorpio.

Last week, I was driving Activa 125 on busy area, I gave dipper to a creta owner and he gave me the side because the situation was getting worse and there would be a heavy jam, if he didn't gave me the side.
Later on the same road after 2-3 kms, I see the same driver aligning his creta on my back side, honking and continuous dipper bombing even when the road was empty, i gave him the side and again he aligned his creta on other side
basically he wanted to prove that, how did i even dare to dipper a creta and take a side.
Later i simply stopped and he went away
Creta , seltoa and thar drivers are just worst

I don't think owning a car from a specific brand is a problem. But since nowadays everything (even iphones) are easily available on EMI's , its much easier for anyone to own a good car. Creta, Seltos, Thar, Scorpio (cars within 10-15L) range are now more accessible to people who rarely care about traffic sense. All of these inspite of having their own good features in their own way are now being labelled bad or are being made fun of, but the fact is the person driving these cards are to be blamed (if they are creating problems for others). I hope people understand that buying a SUV does not gives them license to trouble other people on road, but due to such people the good ones are also being made fun of. Like nowadays people make fun of Wagon R, Swift Desire etc owners since these cards are being used for cab services too. Bhai jo banda apni mehnat se alto bhi buy kare, uska mazak na udao. There can always be bad / careless drivers, but one should not make fun of each and every brand's cars as apke liye toh mazak bannana asan hai, kisi ke liye 10 saal ki mehnat bhi ek choti si car ho sakti.

Sometimes the situation gets very very funny on road -
1. A bigger & pricier Skoda Kodiaq / Endeavour / Fortuner owner races with my 200bhp XUV 700 to tell me that they are the boss on the road,
2. Exact opposite also happens when an Alto / Swift / Grand i10 etc starts racing with me to prove that they are no less than me or my car,
3. The best is when same car with same power-torque starts racing to prove that they are better drivers perhaps, and
4. Himachal and UK taxi drivers are on another level of hatred towards another state number plates 😂, uphill or downhill, they would honk the hell out untill you give them pass!
Mostly it's I-AM-BETTER-THAN-YOU syndrome that we all are suffering from that is deeply rooted / ingrained/ embedded into our psyches since childhood consciously and unconsciously by our parents, relatives and teachers.

Last night I almost had an accident when an IDIOT creta driver started asking for pass with continuous high/low beam light flash. The light reflected so bad that I was blackout for few seconds and jumped my car in a pothole. This flash could cause temporary blindness. Hyundai should reconsider adding such bright high beam headlights. Also government and RTO must have strict rules for these high beam vehicles.
According to me worst the thar one's...they drive as if they own the road and can drive any way possible without looking out of their tinted side mirrors
