While not to everyone's tastes, cruises have proven to be an ever more popular, and affordable, way to see some of the highlights of Norway and Scandinavia. In 2023, more than six million cruise passenger visits were recorded in Norwegian ports.
But where exactly were those stops? Thanks to new figures from Cruise Norway and the Norwegian Coastal Administration, I can bring you the 10 most popular cruise ports in Norway for 2023, based on the number of cruise passenger visits.

I thought they were going to ban those ghastly massive ships from the inner fjords, due to massive air pollution from their engines.
