after reading the discription of this game i already think this will be way beter gameplay overal then House Flipper 2, cant wait to buy this one
just understand its very early access, BUT i'm on their discord and the devs literally put out a patch this morning for something i found in the game. so they are really good at listening to their supporters

They are worrying on the graphics. I had then down because the devs said in discord to keep them at high or under for optimization
This is a much better concept than House Flipper. I mean, multiplayer in a city you can drive trough? Hell yeah! And not even 20 euros, so it's not a hard choice to make. Thanks for getting this on my radar!

this game in early access is already better than the expensive house flipper 2 game. Best office upgrade is the compressing machine. Recycling gives you so much money

1:39 I am using Unity, and I think it a good development engine. Just learning but I have played a lot of "Made with Unity" games and I thought they were good
Most of them all look the same though tbh but then again even this one looks like one of the crappy unity simulator games lol

LOL Unity sux and then deal with UE crashing because it hogs memory and leaks like an old pipe :) Way to go :D The game looks fun though, but early access is like a disease so looking forward to see what this will look like once it is done.
@@fcf8269 I use UE 5 twinmotion every day for my architecture, haven't had a single issue.
@@renovategamer That is not what push the engine and expose its flaws.
As soon as you start to write logic and instantiate multiple classes without handling them correctly, your objects start to leak without proper memory management... Have been writing Unreal code since when it was sold only to companies; and you can see the issue in action in all the indie games made with UE3 and 4 (usually it manifest with poor performances, drop frames, stutter and similar behaviors even on powerful machines).
Have you tried to load the Matrix demo scene on an average computer with UE5? That should give you an idea of the memory footprint just using nanite and lumen and other base stuff, before you even add complex gaming logic in it.
Great engine, but need to learn how to use it, and same apply to Unity... The difference is that even a monkey with a blindfold can make good 3d scenes in UE out of the box, because it is its selling point (and all the UE games end up looking the same if you notice that).
