The time limit on the contracts is to present the player the option to receive a bonus. You can take as long as you want to complete the contract and still receive full payment. Also your first house was also my first house, admittedly your house looks much better than mine did. :) One trick I've learned is to place ceiling lights, light switches, radiators (as needed) and rugs in each room then circle back around and set up the furniture. I have that in place after floors but get the lights in place so I can work through the night and see what I'm doing. You may get higher satisfaction, and therefore auction prices, if you use the highest quality furniture you can afford while decorating.
Been going through this series for like the last 4 days. Really like your vid’s. Can’t wait to see where the series goes. Also hoping for some of the things you’ve complained about to be fixed or added to the game eventually. Im hopeful with it being early access. This game has so much potential.

Found your channel recently and started binge watching everything. Got hooked on your Hotel Renovations! Watching this and your house flipper videos! It’s so good!! What I want to know is how much does it cost to have you to design a home for someone because I know you build homes for a living!
On the map there is a car sales that sells ‘carrier type! vehicles and this has the bigger storage vans etc! Its towards top right of your map! It has the current biggest van in the game!
@marilyn2477 so I ran into this when I didn't have properties show up and some said it was based on level, but I never found a solution, so I had to start from a backup save
Buy the cheapest property and build a small storage building, quick-sell it and you will get close to a million dollars. I have 25 mil, all of the vehicles, and the shop fully upgraded with all the options.
About 2 hours ago I started to build a house. After 2 hours when the house was almost finished I noticed I forgot to have a bathroom in my planning 😐😐😐

You can put the trash bags on the conveyor compactor at your office. You couldn't compact them with the previous level compactor.
i tried, but they won't work. the side inventory only has space for the main 4.
I have completed all the side goals, tons of missions and contracts and can't for the life of me find how to purchase the 2nd office.
