For the City Office take the road to City Hall, keep going to the crossroads. At the crossroads, take a left and go all the way to the end (should be a T). The city office is a Skyscraper and as of last week I only got to go into the CO, but could not upgrade any of its components. Sorry, I'm not good at directions. I hope this get you there. I got in the habit of ordering one more of all the basic universal build material... All extra I put into storage at the office, soon, youll have enough material to build a house for next to nothing when you get ready to.
I had the same problem with things not going all the way against the wall then it dawned on me watching you maybe don’t put the baseboard until after you install everything in the baths and kitchens
When I first unlocked the conveyor compactor I was able to compress the black trash bags. But more recently was unable to... So maybe they changed that in a patch.
The way heavy amount of brick is used to make walls instead of wood frame makes me think this game takes place in Europe instead of America. And the way the bricks are aligned with each other as they are stacked instead of alternating the placement makes me worry that the walls are not stable. Even the way there is no concrete used to glue them together looks like a safety and structural hazard. Also, the way the home looks almost flush with the ground with no subspace in case of flooding and for holding pipes doesn't look like proper design for a home.
Thank you for editing the many rl hours you spend to entertain us with your design skills. It seems so odd to me that furnishing a home only refunds what you purchased with no consideration for your decor decisions. Ohhh, auctions!? Going to watch your next video right now!
How do you put a floor down without first doing outside walls? I tried to do what you're doing with your plan but the game won't let me. Where am I going wrong
Your channel came across when I got the game a few days ago, needed some insight how to do things and you showed me without talking about it! Very invested into this game and your channel my guy. Im learning as you're learning. pretty sweet. Also, Im glad im not the only one getting irritated with the dragging the tile and it keeps disappearing on you. I think its a bug in my opinon.
He’s tried that and shown that he tried it one or two videos ago. I think it’s the next level up on the trash compactor that lets you do the black trash bags so he can’t do it YET.

For the city office I got it when I completed all the contracts. It just said go to the skyscraper and then i purchased it for $10,000.
Maybe use all the plot space to get more profit? And auction it. Just a thought tho..

@eltee6644 you talking about interior flooring? I didn't put down any floor material prior to walls.
I keep forgetting to keep an eye on the "stock" when buying my materials.
