    The "Copy Open Trades" button appears on the pop-up that appears when you decide to copy a trader on Etoro. You can either leave the box ticked in which case you will copy all of that traders "open trades" or you can untick the box in which case you will only copy the new trades that person makes after you started copying them. I discuss both options and some of the things to consider with both options.
