@@evanosek562 they use a needle to apply anesthetic, they’re using the needle in the donor area and recipient area, hence the pain while they’re doing that and then afterwards it’s all good, your head is numb and can’t feel anything as they remove the grafts from the donor area and make the tiny incisions in the recipient area where they’re implanting the grafts.
