That time Marni the cockatoo escapes from baby brother Rémi

- Babies can be very energetic. Cockatoos like Marni are not always fond of all this energy. This video was shot when Rémi was just walking and Marni had to get used to his "extended mobility". 😆 So when he had enough, he just decided to go to a safer "baby-free" area. And of course Rémi wanted to tag along. ❤️
Disclaimer: I'm always supervising very closeby when they are together. We chose to let them "grow together", so that Rémi learns to respect and be patient with animals like Marni. Marni is also very patient with Rémi and never showed any agression towards to him or me. Those who follow us on instagram will know that Marni is more than 'a pet'.

Bird was like I'm out,I need some peace and quiet lol
😂😂😂😂😂🎉😂
It’s your child, you take care of it.
Hahaha😂
ADORABLE BABY
i dont think ive ever seen a bird that knew what the words "peace and quiet" were lmao
Smart bird. You know you have to run from those babies.
It shouldn't have to run from a child.
The baby should be taught not to mess with the bird. Their beak of very strong.
Птица, действительно, умная... Как она осторожно уходит от этого малыша, не пацарапав его, не задевая когтями и клювом...
Подружка убежала видимо устала от ласки
Yes, I also run away from them, if I see a child, I immediately try to quietly move away
The way he walked away is hilarious lol
Yes and he said Bye byee in the end😂

He walked like a model
How gentle she is for allowing the baby to touch her feathers and be in her space without even a nip of the finger towards him. How sweet of a relationship I see blooming here with the two of them.
I noticed that too: very cautiously touching the tail feathers in a gentle way, but mama also knew to remove his hand after brief touch. Especially since bird was trying to slip away lol.
You guys talk this way in real life? Cuz I hope you don't

They are so cute together. Marni even speaks baby talk 😂 ❤❤ I'm in love. 😂

Do you believe you're a good person? If so, then have you ever lied, stolen, cursed, committed adultery, or even murder? If the answer is YES, then you have sinned. According to the Bible, sin is lawlessness. (1 John 3:4) In other words, you broke God’s law and you are His enemy. God’s enemies end up in Hell, which is a place where there is outer darkness, weeping and gnashing of teeth, and torment that goes on forever with no rest. (Matthew 25:30, Matthew 25:31-36, 2 Thessalonians 1:5-10, Revelation 14:11) Anybody that ends up in Hell will NOT have a second chance after the judgment. (Hebrews 9:27) Does that concern you? You might be thinking, “I haven’t murdered anyone or committed any of the bigger sins worthy of hell.” Well, let’s see about that. Did you know that having hatred towards someone like your own brother or sister makes you a murderer at heart? (Matthew 5:21-22 and 1 John 3:15) If you ever looked at a person that you are not married to with lust (sexual desire), then you have already committed adultery with them in your heart. (Matthew 5:27-28) If you have ever said, "Oh my God," or "Jesus Christ," to express frustration or annoyance, then you have used the Lord's name in vain and used it in place of a curse word. That is called “blasphemy.” You wouldn't use your loved one's name as a curse word, would you? By saying His name in place of a curse word, you have insulted your creator. He has given you life, eyes to see, ears to hear, and taste buds for food. If you have committed ANY one of these sins, then you are destined to go to hell. Do you know what God did for guilty sinners, so that they wouldn’t end up in hell?
We have all sinned. (Romans 3:23) So, God sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to die on the cross to bear our sins. He was buried in a tomb and rose on the third day. (1 Corinthians 15:1-4) He showed His love toward us by dying for us while we were still sinners (His enemies) so that He could redeem us. God's wrath is on those who remain in their sins and do not believe in His Son, Jesus Christ. We all deserve to be sent to hell. However, Jesus made a way for us to be free from our sins and now wants us to live a different life. If you TRULY BELIEVE in Jesus Christ and what He has done for you, then you must repent (turn away from your sins and forsake them), be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ (born again by water and Spirit), and live for Him with the help of His Holy Spirit, which will help you live a godly/holy life on this Earth. We live as saints (not sinners) to show our gratitude for the love He has shown to us by taking up the cross. We must have faith (believe/trust) in Jesus Christ, and by the grace of God, it will lead us to salvation. Also, FEAR GOD to stay away from evil and the things that would otherwise morally corrupt us, and continue to faithfully and obediently follow the Lord to the end (Hebrews 5:9)
"The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and instruction." (Proverbs 1:7)
“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’ ” (Matthew 7:21-23)
"Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God." (1 Corinthians 6:9-10)
"Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God." (Galatians 5:19-21)
“But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.” (Revelation 21:8)
"Whoever desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake and the gospel’s will save it. For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul? For whoever is ashamed of Me and My words in this adulterous and sinful generation, of him the Son of Man also will be ashamed when He comes in the glory of His Father with the holy angels.’ ” (Mark 8:34-38)
"And he who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me." (Matthew 10:38)
"Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit." (Acts 2:38)
"What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? Certainly not! How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it? Or do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life." (Romans 6:1-4)
"For if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live. For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God." (Romans 8:13-14)
"If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame. "For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him. For 'whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.' " (Romans 10:9-13)
"Nevertheless the solid foundation of God stands, having this seal: 'The Lord knows those who are His,' and, 'Let everyone who names the name of Christ depart from iniquity.' " (2 Timothy 2:19)
"For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age, looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works." (Titus 2:11-14)
"For the love of Christ compels us, because we judge thus: that if One died for all, then all died; and He died for all, that those who live should live no longer for themselves, but for Him who died for them and rose again." (2 Corinthians 5:14-15)
"But as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, because it is written, “Be holy, for I am holy.” And if you call on the Father, who without partiality judges according to each one’s work, conduct yourselves throughout the time of your stay here in fear." (1 Peter 1:15-17)
“The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.” (2 Peter 3:9)
That was the Gospel message. Believe in the Gospel and obey the Lord Jesus Christ!

Cockatoo: "There's only room for one screecher in this house!"
Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God." “But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.” (Revelation 21:8)
Hahahahahaaaa the bird said.... pshhhh I'm off to another part of the house to show this kid how to REALLY make some noise!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂❤❤❤
Ur in 4 trouble now 😂😂😂 the cockatoo teachin baby to escape🤣🤣🤣
You are way more trusting of that bird and that child interactions than I could be . It was cute though hope they are always both gentle.
I agree completely. This parrot could remove a finger if it wanted
the mom was right there, you can see it in the video. and she has obviously taught her child to be gentle and knows her bird well.
@@debraolivier2147 That’s exactly what I was thinking. Most babies, grab and squeeze, this one you can tell was so gentle but of course there are those who’d be scared even of their own shadows. We’ve lived alongside and most time worked together with other living beings since the beginning of human existence and it seems as though the more time passes the more fragile we are becoming and that’s not good for survival of humanity. There isn’t a disinfectant for everything…
@@debraolivier2147 I’m not judging anyone. However that parrot has the ability to snap a finger off faster than you can react if you were holding that baby. These are wild animals and they are unpredictable. Even if she knows her parrot which I am sure she does… there are many people watching this who don’t understand how dangerous they can be especially to a small child.
Very nice same time very dangerous kid could really be hurt..thanks God..nothing happened.. bird look nice and gentle also tye baby but please don't take chances my opinión sorry
I could swear that bird said "Ha ha! Goodbye!" as he climbed over the gate!
🤣!! I was thinking that too!!🥰
Exactly!
Definitely!
Started showing baby how to work the gate and then decided against it.
@@nicolecopland461 Lol - yup Birdy probably nearly did a facewing there
What a sweet baby n bird..❤❤❤
I like that the parrot crawled on the grid instead of just flying over it
Marni says”alright kid I’m outta here”! Lol too cute!
I'd never let my kid near by birb. For the safety of my birb.
No kidding my friend about had her nose bit off. Had to see surgeon. Had the pet for yrs. Works both ways
@@deborahterndrup3000 any bird could turn on you any time i have a baby grey hes around 7 months old but he can be very rude and he will make sure he gets his way but i just act like nothing happened so he doesn’t get any reinforcement from it
Yikes ?MMOOMMM WHERE ARE YOU?????
For eyes of the kid its dangereuse to be near of the bird

DOS INOCENTES GOZANDO LA VIDA CÓMO CORRESPONDE, DIOS BENDIGA A ÉSAS TERNURITAS Y A SU FAMILIA.
imagine being 50yrs old and hear the family bird making your baby sounds...
I hope there never comes a day that little man grabs a handfull of tail feathers. I know mom monitors closely but those beaks are very painful and Toos are very fast. Im glad the bird is trusted this much.
My neighbors bird bit the fire out of me twice for getting too close. I’d hate for the kid to get bitten and the bird punished for just defending itself.
@@gracenote1837 And that's not fair to the animal
You can tell they are both well trained, by looking at the baby wanting to grab the tail but was very careful not to pull on it, bird is also very understanding 💗🌸💗
Toos? Talons...
Marni's mom knows how to read Marni's body language. She knows him very well overall. Even I could see Remi was never in any danger. It's usually people who don't know anything about cockatoos that see them as a threat, and also get bit. Trust is a two-way street. They are too intelligent to be written off as just wild animals that do things randomly.
Какая прелесть ваши милашки, попугай и малыш! Здоровья вам и вашей семье! Классно снято! Спасибо большое! Как мило общаются!
Умная птица, ну что ещё сказать тут!

Sweet to see Marni with such parental feelings toward Marni😉 Very patient but effective solution! Ah, Remi.💗
Hello Helen how are you doing 😊
I love how the bird said “bye bye” while walking off
You already know what the baby was going to do 😆 🤣

They talking each other in cute language.. Bird. & baby boy both are energy⚡ and 💤Powerhouse of🏠.. Good👍 friendship..
The way Marnie just simply went over the fence thing and just walked away was literally model worthy!😂❤
Cockatoos have a very powerful bite, no matter how sweet that bird is, I could not allow that interaction even when we had one and our children were all grammar school and middle school age at the time.
Parabéns aos donos que criaram o pássaro para lidar com o ser humano, lindo como ele percebe ser uma criança e não faz mal ao bebê 😘
Sweet conversation
He escaped in style but did he forget that he can fly 😂
Did he say ‘What’s going on?” As he waddled away? 😂
That beak could snip off a little finger so easily if he's harassed enough.
It sounded like he said that LOL
Definitely. Lol x
Yes! He did say that!
Baby : "I'm gonna hug u and squeeze you and nevver let you go! And I'm gonna call you George....George, George, George!! Ok...I'll call ya Marni if you stay!!" ;)

Two cute babies !! ❤😊... Friends forever ✌️😁😄
I love that the baby is so gentle to the bird
Yup, there’s videos showing them gently introducing Marni to Rémi from infancy, he’s raised knowing to be gentle with the bird. ^^
Sounds like the bird said " Peace brother " ! 😁
Lol yeah
The "HA HA" at the end from the bird sent me😂😂😂

What a smart bird, you can hear him say "see ya later kiddo"😂😂
The cockatoo:i need peace and quiet and get away from that baby
Hahahahaha so funny when the bird said leave me alone lol 😂

Magnifique ❤️
That bird is really intelligent.
Your really cute but , See ya later. This is adorable. 😂❤
Little brother is so gentle with Marni. Really smart.👍
BIG BIRDS ➕BABIES DO NOT MIX ‼️
Thst baby is bigger than the bird. And moms right there.
Takes just a second to bite - baby could end up losing a finger. No matter how close Mam is - the beak can move faster!
The bird is giving a lesson to the kid on how to get over a barrier...Pay attention , little one, you're gonna want to do this real soon. Lol!
The parrot was like hell nah i need my personal space
The way birb laughs when he's on the other side of the fence; hahaha, later, kid!!
