It being plug and play would it be a matter of them finding it? Once they press it and it doesnt start they may look at the starter since the car has power. Are they hidden in a location of the car that can be different for every car? If its installed at the same location. They can learn to look at these locations and remove as quickly it is to install ???
@@corollution normally after they plug in a laptop to your OBD port and they start downloading the firmware and they try to clone another key fob and the car doesn’t start after that they took about 10 mins I think they’re going to takeoff. They might think that the firmware didn’t go all the way through and the car went into limp mode. I don’t think they’re gonna sit there and try to diagnose a car in the dark It’s a lot easier to just go try somebody else’s Camaro.
@@Turborese this kit does not hook up to the battery. This is not an on and off switch on your battery. There’s no reason why you should be taking off the positive side of it the battery terminal in your vehicle.
@@antoniomireles3079 Yes but you have to turn it off first and then do the remote start. But if you have myChevrolet app and you’re doing it from far away it won’t Work from the app
