Broccoli salad with corn
Ingredients:
Broccoli
Carrots
Pickles
Corn
Vinegar
Mayonnaise
Olive Oil
Dill
Garlic
Salt and Pepper
Cook broccoli with salt. Cook corn or use canned corn. Grate the carrots and chop the pickles. For dressing mix finely chopped garlic, mayonnaise, vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. In a bowl mix broccoli, corn, pickles, carrots and add fresh/dried dill. Then add dressing and toss together. Enjoy!
