Just tried ramen for the first time yesterday and did it your way. It was so tasty and creamy I love ramen now. Thank you sooo much for sharing this! It really helped me a lot as I was finding a good way to cook ramen :)
@@svetlanawelcome6557 okay and? people who eat ramen don't equal lazy or cannot cook; it can be just food they've on their kitchen or food they eat growing up. as an asian, i grew up eating ramen (or instant noodles for that matter because my country is where indomie is came from) and hardly eat pasta. not because we cannot cook pasta, but because it's not as famous and accessible as ramen. hope this helps ❤
I used regular Milk, I think she used that too. I don't think she added mozzarella cheese, but it tastes extra good with mozzarella. I hope I could help😊🎀
I add milk like you did and then also melting cheese (like the one they put on hamburgers) and mix it in to fully incorporate and get more of a cheesy creamy sauce. I serve it with pan-fried sausage, sesame seeds, a sunny side up egg (use the yolk as sauce in an extra fun bite) and take my bites with some seawead sheets. :3
You can try my recipe :) (any buldak ramen the sauce packages and stuff that come with it 2 slices of cheese milk 2 eggs and green onions if you want it's way to good)
How does it take? Is it like having too much garlic or does it taste hot and sweet in some way (yeah i have never tried ramen like I tried once of geki or smth but it tasted sweet to me and had too much garlic)
The package instructions say add to the cooked strained noodles, 8 tablespoons of water, (just replace the water with 8 tablespoons of regular milk) and "stir fry for 30 seconds" (i. e. heat for 30 seconds).
Did this but didn’t add any additional cheese, added a half teaspoon of Mayo because I don’t have kewpie Mayo, 3 drops hoisin sauce, and a very small amount of chilli garlic crisp. Yummm 😋 so good, so creamy Oh I also had some cole slaw mix which is just shredded cabbage and carrots that I added during the water boiling part for more veg
My recipe: Cook the ramen Drain Put it back in the pot Add 1 1/2 cup of milk Add seasoning and sauce 1/2 cup of cheese blend 2 tablespoons spoons of whipped cream cheese 1 tablespoon of butter Mix them all, serve!
@@dqxik i had the ramen today it’s labelled as artificial chicken flavor as far i know artificial chicken is not derived from actual chicken.I don’t eat chicken but i like this ramen.

Not really sweet but has that garlic parmesan taste. It's actually better with the milk added after extracting the hot water.
just tried it, so good

Hiii! I wanna try this out so I have a question, should you heat the milk up first or just pour the milk from the carton? :)
Just from the carton, then let it boil
How much milk exactly?
@@Mariam_aam 8 spoons :)

@@Mariam_aam no, you let it boil until it’s creamy, I do it that way 🤷🏻♀️
you can also add whipped cream milk on it it tastes good but remove the water then add it!

IT WAS SO GOOD (DEFINITELY RECOMMEND)
i just bought my first ever buldak ramen and i couln't finish it because of the heat, and i used only 1/4th of the level 1 packet
I'm not lying, my mouth is watering while im watching this vid during class.
My recipe:
Cook the ramen
Drain
Put it back in the pot
Add 1 1/2 cup of milk
Add seasoning and sauce
1/2 cup of cheese blend
2 tablespoons spoons of whipped cream cheese
1 tablespoon of butter
Mix them all, serve!
I thimk the reson people loves this so much is it makes it basically mac and cheese (of some sort)
I love vvvvvvvvvv this noodles ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤I ❤❤
I used the black ones and I added Nido milk powder and honey and it was less spicy and it was rlly good I hope u try it😊
For how many mins do u boil them?
Do u put hot or cold water?
This looks like the best thing I ever saw but I can’t handle spice is it a bad amount of spice or no😊
I wanna do this but I’m not a fan of milk in anywhere other than in cereal or something you bake (and with school lunch)
What kind of cheese do you use?
Hi just wondering how much ML of milk to add? 😊
from my experience i think you could add the milk depending on how much you want!
Just cook it in milk. No need to boil it in water and then dump it in milk.

finally one without so much water in it
what kind of milk do you use?
I use a splash of cream instead and cheese. I'm addicted

I am making carbonara ramen today
I add all of the added things that are in the pack a little heavy whipping cream, cheese(lots), and parsley
trust me add half a cup of water and the other half milk it taste so much better!!!!

Yellow cheese or mozzarella?
