Suggestion for people who want to play along- I usually challenge myself to read any book/books that come up that I already own. I find it’s a good way to pick up books that I might not have picked up otherwise
I am so massively excited about the digital version - thank you SO MUCH (!) for sharing it! It means so much, especially as I can only imagine how much time and effort you put into the game. So I really appreciate it a lot :) And OF COURSE - I will continue watching your tbr game videos. I've been looking forward to this one for about two weeks already haha
this is so creative, you’ve inspired me to try making my own tbr game from scratch because yours is so well thought-out and beautiful. can’t wait to keep watching you play!
I had such an urge to read high fantasy for December so *drumrolls* I bought that exact edition of assassins apprentice 🥰 can't wait to get my hands on it, it looks so bootiful!
Gabby from the future here. Absolutely love this TBR game and am binging the playlist! When you said you loved one of my comfort movies (Arrival), I had to jump in the comments.
*insert "We are not worthy!! meme here :D I don't understand how can you be this nice and generous, thank you so much for sharing your beautiful creation with us. Your TBR game is easily my favourite. Chiang's book has been on my TBR because of Arrival as well and I think I'm going to join you reading that this month and if you like the bear and the nightingale, I will give it a shot. Hype made me not pick it up but I'm curious to hear your opinion :)
You are such a kind hearted person! Thank you so much for doing this! 2020 has been really hard being a single parent of two kids and losing my job. I’m still not working so Christmas gifts aren’t happening this year but now i think it would be fun to print out the board for Christmas and do the random generator for the cards so my kids and i can play this together.
These are the books I've chosen to read based off of your prompts: Wild Sun by Ethan and Shakil Ahmad; My Grandmother Asked Me to Tell You She's Sorry by Fredrik Backman; Queen of the Conquered by Kacen Callender; Leviathan Wakes by James S.A. Corey; and Down Among the Sticks and Bones by Seanan McGuire.
This game is so exciting! I'm extremely tempted to try it, but I'll leave it for a time when I'm not so overwhelmed. Watching this made me a bit jolly, so thanks for sharing!
Totally following along with you on these. I got lost in my head for a little bit and have been binging your videos now I am back. Imagine my excitement when I saw you had created a game of it! Went ahead and gathered books for your November prompts and starting reading through them a couple days ago so they are getting added to this December TBR. Now, I'm off to pick up the books I have on hold at the library. Oh! Also, your vlog talking about Red Rising has made me go ahead and pick it up so I borrowed that on audio book which I will listen to while finishing a floor cloth so I'm super excited about that!

We are a living history farm and museum in Cherokee Nation so I just pop up stuff I do as a living historian like 1800s gardening, clothes, cooking, skills, crafts, and trades. I gotta give a trigger warning, it's a plantation so I tell the story of the folks who were enslaved there and the Cherokee people who owned them. It's hard history but really important. So I will be adding info about life for women, Cherokee, and enslaved people and the like.
Thank you so much for making a digital version G!!! I watch everything you upload so do not worry but it brings me so much joy to play along with you!!! I don’t know how to explain it but this made me feel fluttery inside 😅
Ok just seen that you have the game and cards linked here 😀😀looks amazing, thank you! Will print it all out tomorrow 😍😍so excited! 🥳 The Sci Fi Short Stories actually sound great! I love Arrival 😀well done cabbage pot 🤣🤣🙈
Thank you sooooo much for the digital download!!!! I can't wait to get my TBR!!! I'll be doing my own version but I would never stop watching your videos! You bring me much serotonin ❤❤❤❤
I'm loving this little series so much! I can't wait to see you progress through the board and be able to buy books again!! I love the idea of that being the reward if you reach the end of the board and I'm tempted to make something similar for myself!
I can't believe I'm writing this, but am I the only one obsessed with this cabbage pot? I don't know why, but I want that thing so bad 🤣 searched the whole web for it 🤣🤣 I loooove this game (and TLAB of course)! It's so shiny and beautiful🤩
This is insane!! You give so much to the book community 😍😍 hope you continue to grow and making more incredible videos! Do you plan on making more themed cards? Not for avatar but with other themes? That would be awesome!
I really miss getting email notifications of videos, instead of just on youtube. Not sure how much you'll like The Bear and the Nightingale but I really loved that series, personally. I've always loved Russian folklore stories and I think that one was done particularly well, especially since it was mixed with a lot of history.
You’ve inspired me to make my own little tbr game!! I wrote 16 booktitles I’m hyped about on slips of paper and picked three for the next weeks. Currently reading The Witches by Roald Dahl 😄 I hope you love The Bear and the Nightingale. It’s maybe my favourite series ever ❤️

I love this TBR game. Thank you for making it available for people to download that is so nice. You make me want to pick up Red Rising. I never really had the desire, but your reaction to it makes me want to try it.

I really think I want to put Bear and Nightingale on my TBR but it's already huge. I might use some of your prompts G, hope you don't mind just need a few more ideas for the TBR game I am working on.
My husband loves Arrival. I never knew it was a book. I am interested to see what you think of Bear and the Nightingale, I loved it, but I get why some people think it's really slow.
I'm going to play this with your prompts tomorrow. Unfortunately, my "cabbage pot" is just a load of giant books like Anna karenina, war and peace, the brothers karamazov etc, so your bad luck is even worse for me. Thanks for that, haha!
Great book selection for December. Can’t wait to see your thought on them. I know you said we could follow your prompts for our TBR if we want. That you for that. My question is this: can I screen record your prompts and put them in my TBR video? The game would go in a jar to see if I get to play for that TBR month.
The bear and the nightingale is one of my fave books/ series. It is a bit of a slow atmospheric story in the first book. It’s very fairytale -esque but I’m not entirely sure if you’ll like it lol but I think it’s amazing so I hope you love it
