  • This video provides a tutorial in disabling the privacy lock feature on our selected range of smart locks.
The privacy lock is an added feature on a select range of our smart Bluetooth lever/mortice locks. This feature enables you to flick the switch on the internal side of the lock. By doing so, the lock can only be unlocked by the administrator or mechanical key. The privacy lock can be disabled in the lock settings to prevent accidental and inconvenient lockouts.
In most scenarios and environments this feature is not necessary as it can potentially lock family members or team members out.
To find out about how to take advantage of more features of the TTLock app or view our product range, head to corplock.com.au

Mine is the opposite , opens with or without locking modalities used, locks normally, everything is functional, but unlocks just by using the handle.
Passmore off, autolock on doesn't matter

Some TTLock Bluetooth Locks have a switch on the internal handle. When the switch shows "Green", the lock will work normally. When moved to "Red", only the administrator code (Settings --> Basic --> Administrator Code) and administrator eKeys will open the door.
It is designed to be used in hotels as a privacy lock, with administrator codes able to access in case of emergency.
As this feature can potentially lock someone out, it is turned off by default.
