In my lock manual (if I can call that a manual at all), there is the 3 option in the main menu refers to System settings and the second option within that menu refers to the type of unlock - single or combination. I don't know what single or combination unlock means and when I tried changing these, I saw no difference at all. Can you help me? Also, in my lock there is a feature where the system auto locks for 5 minutes if I miss the fingerprint or password too many times ( I think 4 ou 5 times) in a roll. I would like to know if there is a way to disable that feature (my toddler has already locked the system quite a few times). Thank you very much

Hey, if I lock the door from inside by lifting the Handle upwards, the dead bolt shoots foward, but from outside anyone can open the door without using any code or fingerprint. Basically my door is always unlocked, even when the dead bolt is "locking" the door.

You can always unlock it if you will be using your admin account. If you enable the deadbolt/deadlock from the inside, all user accounts will be disabled.
Have same problem, lift lever up inside or outside to operate dead bolt. Anyone can open by pressing lever down inside or out. Looks like its in passage mode, now to figure out how to get out of it as manual is next to useless.
Sorted, reset the lock with a small pin. Lift lever up from inside bolt shoots forward. Install batteries! Downloaded the Smart app and uninstalled the Tuya app. Registered me as Admin, assigned pass code, swipe card, finger print, phone number etc. Now works as it should.
Each deco is supposed to connect devices wirelessly within the 2000 sq meter but don’t expect too much. You need to connect the router to the main deco and it doesn’t really matter how long since you have to connect the 2 using a utp cable
Every time you unlock the door it will be reflected in the smart life app or Tuya app. You can also hear the voice response corresponding to the serial.

With this version you need someone to press the 9#. Merong version na Hindi na kelangan but you need to buy a gateway around P1700 if you need this remote unlock feature na walang user intervention. I haven’t tried using a virtual assistant pero I think it’s possible . I’ll check muna paano ma open using google assistant .
If you’re able to create an admin account already just press *#admin info , press 2 for user settings , press 1 to add user then tap the IC card in the number pad once
If you want to remove the passcode press *#admin then 2 for user . Delete the passcode associated to that user . Go to the app then click user . Delete the passcode of that user

That’s easy. Just open your door using the smart card and listen to the serial or the code that will given by the voice prompt. You can also see the serial reflected in the app. Press the *#admin then you press to for user settings , press 2 again to delete then enter the code .
Intelligent connection option is for your lock to be connected to your wifi. After chowing that option the lock should be blinking before you connect it through the app. Make sure you input the right SSID and wifi password

Yes , it will still automatically lock . It’s better to install a door closer . It’s more of a spill proof but not totally waterproof since there’s a tiny hole at the bottom for the physical key
You can use either of these methods to open the door. Using the fingerprint feature is very convenient , IC card or temporary password for your guest , or the wifi feature if you want someone to enter your house by simply confirming the unlock request sent to your mobile phone .

Single mode you use any of the methods, combination mode you use the card + passcode , passcode + fingerprint or any 2 combinations . You can also enable passcode (3) or disable in option (4}
You can easily create a pin in the Tuya or Smart life app by swiping to the left the lock image in the middle or by clicking the temporary password in the lower right

Sensibo is nice but pricey. You can use a humidity sensor that will trigger the smart plug to switch on your ac if the room is reaching a specific temp threshold. If you want to make sure that it’s off when you’re out , you can use IFTTT. Sonoff TH10 sensor only cost P710, Sensibo cost P5k.
Do you know by any chance why the lock is not staying lock? Like, for example, I can lock the door and the lock come on but it does not stay, when I push the handle down the lock just unlock without me using card, pin or any touch

It works fine with Tuya or smart life app as long as your wifi has a 2.4ghz band. You just need to login , click manual, security and surveillance tab, click the lock , hit next and make sure the lights in the lock are blinking signifying that it’s ready to connect to your wifi network

Energizer. Battery life depends on usage. May tao kasi sa bahay lagi so no need to open the door from the outside which will consume the battery. It’s been 4 months and the batt is still full. It could last up to a year according the the product specification.
After installing the Tuya or smart life app hit the + sign button , add device , click the cam and lock on the side panel . Go to your lock press the *# enter your admin info, then simply follow the voice prompt
If you will be using a third party app like the IFTTT, use the Smart life. Both apps are practically the same when it comes to the functionality. You can use the same account / username in either app.

I didn’t install a Tuya doorbell but I think you can check that in the scene tab in your Tuya or smart life app. Check the automation coz ur doorbell might be connected by default .
You can always open the door knob from the inside. The outside knob should always remain close. Did you raise the knob to enable the dead bolt or secondary lock ?

I’m. not familiar with TTLOCK since I connected the Tuya smart door directly to my wifi. To access the menu using the smart life app I just need to press *#. If I press the 9# it will request remote unlocking thru my phone.

Just create a temporary passcode. You can set it to expire at a certain date and time. The good thing is you can do it in the smart life / Tuya app without even going to your condo if you’re able to connect the lock to your wifi network

To change the battery on my tuya lock there is something right on the top but i forgot what instrument was needed. Was it an allen key?
No need , you can just remove the battery cover easily without any tool .

there is a small button inside the battery compartment that you can press for 6 seconds to reset the lock back to its factory state

To reset the lock , open the battery compartment and press the reset button with a pin for 5-10 seconds

Need to use 2 unlocking methods like pin and card before you can unlock . That’s just for added security but too cumbersome , I don’t use this feature
I tried using combination unlock, but it still opens just with my fingerprint. I don't know what it does - if anything at all

If you create a new admin account, the default will be deleted automatically . Unregistered fingerprint can no longer open the door after that

Anywhere you are as long as there’s internet on your phone you can manage the decos

By default the Tuya smart door lock has a voice response system every time you use it . You can’t possible disable the sound through the app.

What about registering a smart card ⁉️ 2 small cards are supply with the locker model ending with number W37.

you have 3 options : press 1 to singel mode
press 2 for combination mode
press 3 for passage mode - this i find solution (when is unlock press 5 and # and door are still open to next closing.)this is good when the guest coming in during the day :)

Single mode you use any of the methods, combination mode you use the card + passcode , passcode + fingerprint or any 2 combinations . You can also enable passcode (3) or disable in option (4}

You can easily create a pin in the Tuya or Smart life app by swiping to the left the lock image in the middle or by clicking the temporary password in the lower right

Yes , if you have time watch my related video. To do it just unlock then press 5# to enable free passage mode. It will save your battery in this way .

Sensibo is nice but pricey. You can use a humidity sensor that will trigger the smart plug to switch on your ac if the room is reaching a specific temp threshold. If you want to make sure that it’s off when you’re out , you can use IFTTT. Sonoff TH10 sensor only cost P710, Sensibo cost P5k.
Do you know by any chance why the lock is not staying lock?
Like, for example, I can lock the door and the lock come on but it does not stay, when I push the handle down the lock just unlock without me using card, pin or any touch
After unlocking press 5# and the autolock will be disabled
@@JerroldEllo I deactivated through the app but it doesn’t stay lock again. By the time I push the handle down the lock goes inside again without the need of a key or anything
The autolock will be enabled again once you touch the fingerprint panel

It works fine with Tuya or smart life app as long as your wifi has a 2.4ghz band. You just need to login , click manual, security and surveillance tab, click the lock , hit next and make sure the lights in the lock are blinking signifying that it’s ready to connect to your wifi network

Hi bro can I ask what kind of battery u using for that smart lock consumption of the battery usage how long can last?
Energizer. Battery life depends on usage. May tao kasi sa bahay lagi so no need to open the door from the outside which will consume the battery. It’s been 4 months and the batt is still full. It could last up to a year according the the product specification.

After installing the Tuya or smart life app hit the + sign button , add device , click the cam and lock on the side panel . Go to your lock press the *# enter your admin info, then simply follow the voice prompt

Theres about 4 settings in the app on how loud you want the lock to operate.

If you will be using a third party app like the IFTTT, use the Smart life. Both apps are practically the same when it comes to the functionality. You can use the same account / username in either app.

I didn’t install a Tuya doorbell but I think you can check that in the scene tab in your Tuya or smart life app. Check the automation coz ur doorbell might be connected by default .
My smartlock is the same as the one on your video sir, there is a feature that you can enable the doorbell but I cannot find it in the manual.

You can always open the door knob from the inside. The outside knob should always remain close. Did you raise the knob to enable the dead bolt or secondary lock ?

To change the language on the lock press *# admin , press 3 3 2 . Admin could be your fingerprint, passcode, or IC card

Try energizer it will last. Mine lasts for 9 months . I tried cheap rechargeable batteries but only last a month

Whenever I press *+# to enter admin mode. It says it is an illegal operation and the system is blocked. Even after factory resetting, this message remained. If I use 123456, it reaches a stage where it asks to enter an elimination number but I don't even know what it is.
Did u press *# admin? Did u press the reset button at least 6 seconds ?

I’m. not familiar with TTLOCK since I connected the Tuya smart door directly to my wifi. To access the menu using the smart life app I just need to press *#. If I press the 9# it will request remote unlocking thru my phone.

Just create a temporary passcode. You can set it to expire at a certain date and time. The good thing is you can do it in the smart life / Tuya app without even going to your condo if you’re able to connect the lock to your wifi network
