Can you now set a passcode when you are away from the home? Say, for an Airbnb that needs a new passcode but you aren’t nearby?

this is really annoying that this feature can only be turned on when in bluetooth range and not remotely through the gateway. When I updated my phone I had to redownload the app and it's off by default so now I have no way to turn the feature back on until I go back to my house in another state

can we use 1 gateway in 2 smart lock?

No one actual shows or talks about the part where the gateway has to search for the lock and never finds it

This requires a gateway to be installed first which they do not make clear. I learned after wasting 3 hours for naught.

There isn’t fingerprint icon at all this. Bought this model and this finger print can’t be found at all. Am I missing something? Tried calling and messaging ttlock but never gotten a reply

Mine is the opposite , opens with or without locking modalities used, locks normally, everything is functional, but unlocks just by using the handle. Passmore off, autolock on doesn't matter

Can more than one user be on gateway g2? I can add both locks but on 2 different phones. TTLock app only allows one lock one user. We have smonet dead bolt and yrhand door lock on TTL but on 2 different phones as app wont allow more than one user per lock and phone
