brilliant. never thought of doing this. wanting a cockpit for years but never committed because i don't play a whole lot of racing games. best if you do this with heavy duty transportation pallets.
You know what you could do now? Buy a set of PC fans and hook them up in the back rest / bottom and be the first one to have a ventilated seat Sim Rig 🤩
My Thrustmaster T300 + Wheel Stand Pro V2 + IKEA Poäng + GT7 are very happy with this 💟 Already got slap-on subscribtion lenses at an VR Optician so I don't have to wear glasses or contacts. Amazing times we live in!
Really only thing that I'd be worried with that is the back rest. Would probably extend those base poles further back and put some extra support higher.
I already have the wheel, just pre-ordered the Multi-Shifter. It's not the best wheel out there and software support is still lacking (i.e. a lot of keys and switches cannot cannot re-binded on PC, no RMS support for Xbox), but it's still a decent wheel for a mid price range setup.
Highly doubt it’s actually 7.2 nm like turtle beach clams anyways they make low end junk! And the button box doesn’t even work standalone it has to be plugged into this garbage base even the the port on the back of the button box is usb-c
omg you're so cool🙃i love the rig but is till scared watching you sim driving🤣really a inspiration i remember i startet with WRC 23 because of you sim video now is wrc 24 and i have a oplite rig epic lol thanks you mrs cookie🙏
I was wondering because the video didn't come up. You were making sheets? Did you sell the D-Box? The product is so good. Too bad it can only be purchased in the U.S. Please sell it to Korea!
Great intuitive build - so much effort to use aged wood here, why did you cover every inch with paint? A stain or sealer could give you protection and doesn't hide any of the character
@CookieAndCars ...She drives, she does DIY, can she cook and can she sing...?!? If so - the ring is in the post! (And as she's a bit left of the middle! 🤪) Not that I believe the lady is single, but we can all dream.
This reminded me that my first 'rig' back in 2009-ish was a wooden DVD rack perched on top of my brother's piano stool (I had to put magazines and an encyclopaedia in/through the rack to stop it falling over) + a dining room chair. Nothing was screwed in place, I just had to be smooth enough not to destabilise it all! I still won an online competition and kept improving, though. Yours looks much sturdier and more professional! Nice work.
WHY DO YOU LEAVE US FOR SO LONGGGG. DANG COOKIE!!! 🍪
I’m sawwy 🪚🥺
I saw what you did there... @@CookieAndCars
Wrapping your car around a tree and walking away with actual splinters in your hand is a level of immersion sim racers didn't know they needed.
why this girl is chubby?
There's rally driver brave, and then there is wiring your telly up outdoors with British weather brave. Great build!
brilliant. never thought of doing this. wanting a cockpit for years but never committed because i don't play a whole lot of racing games.
best if you do this with heavy duty transportation pallets.
Wow You're a much better woodworker than most guys.❤❤❤
Nice detail running through the pallets at the end!
Much better than a clamp to the table and pedals going forward on the floor.
Cookieee!!! What a joy to see you again! Superb job. 🙌
Nice one! I did a similar thing with some leftover wall studs and a seat from an older Honda. Having the real car seat on there is excellent.
but why this girl is chubby?
You know what you could do now? Buy a set of PC fans and hook them up in the back rest / bottom and be the first one to have a ventilated seat Sim Rig 🤩
The best part is watching you enjoying the process of building the rig. That's one true smile on your face :)

You, Mylady, are a really good artisan. Well done!
Interesting idea. Good to see your smiling face again 😊 Hope you are doing well. Are you lighting up a Christmas car again this year?
Girl of many talents
Brilliant build, love the have a go attitude. Good to see you back too.
As I watch in amazement. You are so mechanically inclined its crazy. Simply Genius.❤😊
Really impressive!!!! Congratulations!!!
That is so cool rig you build❤. I did few rigs from scrap wood also. My current one is only half wood. Love people who make stuff work.
Great job, looks awesome.
Awesome work Louise 👍🏻
This is for the friend who has to wait in the garage before you finish your race on the main rig 😂
Welcome back Cookie!! Looks better than my old playseat challenge 😂
Never really played racing games but this makes me want to grab some old pallets and scrap from work and fab up something like this, so sick!
do it
@@CookieAndCars If you see someone boosting past you at mach 15 into a tree that'll be me in my new rig 😎
we missed you
killer job
2:45 Choppy Time remains unbeaten.

🤣
Turn a pile of wood into Awesomeness 😎💪🏻
When your creative nothing can stop you.
Not bad. For a 7NM Wheelbase I would have not guessed that Wood is sturdy enough.🍪
Highly doubt it’s actually 7.2 nm like turtle beach clams anyways they make low end junk! And the button box doesn’t even work standalone it has to be plugged into this garbage base even the the port on the back of the button box is usb-c
Wow what a great video! Pretty cool, nicely done.
Awesome work!
Wow that is really cool, nice job, and lol at the ending, so many pallets were harmed during the making of this video 😮
Very cool. Good Job
Hahaha, amazing. Gonna share this with my discord community friends....
Greetings from the Netherlands... Ernie Ball 🙂👍✌️
Bravo avec des idées on peut aller très loin 🎉
Dude this is pretty awesome.
It's realy cool!
Awesome job Cookie, sadly I don't have the same skills ( See Homer building a BBQ for reference) but this is a cool video and good to know. Thanks
omg you're so cool🙃i love the rig but is till scared watching you sim driving🤣really a inspiration i remember i startet with WRC 23 because of you sim video now is wrc 24 and i have a oplite rig epic lol thanks you mrs cookie🙏
Very nice ❤
I need a new bed, a table, and a few chairs. How much will it cost?😝
😂
9:32 Where there's a wheel, there's a way! (Ok, I'll stop.)
Well done, your fan since your Top Gear appearance from Taiwan
Bella simpatica e ingegnosa, gran bel video complimenti 😉
Great job Cookie. Can i ask what is the soundtrack please? There's some really nice tunes there.
I was wondering because the video didn't come up. You were making sheets? Did you sell the D-Box? The product is so good.
Too bad it can only be purchased in the U.S. Please sell it to Korea!
As always nice build Cookie 🤩 We missed you!
Next video: meeting my spine specialist ❤❤❤
Nice job anyways 😊

Excellent darling! ❤
This was such a cute video ❤ got me smiling throughout the whole video 😊
be careful about the back side of the seat... it might not hold...
Welcome back and nice work for the simracing 😊👍
HOLY SHIT I THOUGHT WE LOST COOKIE FOREVER!
Cool video 👍👍
Is it with forcefeedback????
Grtz from 🇧🇪
yeah, it's a direct drive motor, I have put a link to the tech spec in the description 👍😀
anyone else kinda gets hypnotized watching her drive? it looks so fun
That's how advertising should be
Awesome upgrade from your previous sim!
GOAT
Hell yah! My build is made out of old 2x4's and plywood from taking apart garage shelves the pervious owner built.
Love it 🤩
🤩
C'est ta voiture de rallye qui est à côté ? 🧐🤔🙂
I think you just won recycling, Louise.
I feel embarrassed for buying a racing sim when i could've just got some pallets ahahaha
Ramming pallets @ 0:13 was a nice touch, kudos 👏 💐
😁
la prossima volta usa un seghetto alternativo, più pratico , preciso, veloce e soprattutto sicuro
lovely :)
Cookie, youre back? Hows the Scoobie?
It's been a while... 😂
The blueprint was already in your head.
So does destroying those pallets at the end mean you're making more of these...lol
How much will shipping cost to Canada... 😍😍🥰🥰😜😜
will ship it over on a pallet to you 😅
@CookieAndCars You did a fantastic job building that from scratch without plans. It looked great. 👌👌
Ya till it snaps in pieces 😂
* no woodworms were harmed during production.
noice
well done sister,..
Красотка с юмором, сильно.
Прикольно
But you already have a sim chair that moves and everything. Why build this stiff chair???
I will never criticize $400 rigs again 😅
Great intuitive build - so much effort to use aged wood here, why did you cover every inch with paint? A stain or sealer could give you protection and doesn't hide any of the character
I thought it would be cool black, but I kinda like it before as well
As a woodworker, I'm cringing so hard while louise dismantling the pallet wood. Girl, you dont need a hammer, you need a crowbar.
