The number of bolts is ridiculous, stops it rattling from the vibration i suppose. I just replaced my tail light because i broke it and theres a thousand bolts for that job too! :)

I doubt it, as it is probably considered a consumable, meant to be replaced at certain intervals. The one I installed is a re-usable filter. Think of it as being similar to the oil filter, which gets replaced every time you change out your oil. Air filters don't have to be replaced as often, however.
Don't bother with the high octane fuel. You're wasting money. As for adding herspers ... Probably an insignificant amount. You do seem to get better throttle response. But that's a personal opinion.

Octane boosters are for extra high performance machines that are designwd for higher octane. Such cars or bikes carry clear instructions to that effect. Higher octane is not translatable to higher power or higher fuel efficiency for that matter buddy 🎉

on the 2021 310r you can get away with only removing 6 bolts but I def broke my plastics a bit

I did this job on my 2001 K1200 in 04. It was a tedious job the first time around

I don't think it's removable but you CAN buy a different slip on exhaust and replace the original like the one from MIVV for example.

It came stock like that. I made no changes to the brake light.

Never done it. But the passenger pegs are forward of the cases so my guess is that you shouldn't have trouble.
My stalls every now and then at low speed I’m curious if you have that happen if so did changing the filter help with that
I've never had a stall at low speed like you describe so my guess is it's unrelated.
Get the tuning and fuel mixture checked
In 2021 they did some minor changes. One of them was a stall control. Bike automatically increases the RPMs when it senses a stall. Hope that helps.
Is there any change in sound after the upgrade?
Not in any significant amount. I'll be replacing the exhaust soon, and I anticipate that being more of a factor in changing the sound.

Those are from SHAD. They make a system for this bike.
