- Snow Summit's Miracle Mile has both chunk and flow. It's often used as a stage in Enduro races and has plenty of tricky section. It also has some of my favorite sections in the bike park.

Can’t get enough of the Summit videos.
I can't get enough Summit! 😆
That looks like a really fun trail dude.
It's a good mix of chunk and flow! Wait for the 10Ply one....that's a different story. 😆
Headed up to Snow Summit on Saturday with a couple friends!
Yew!
Absolutely flying! I thought I was fast on that 😂
Man I'm stoked
🤘🏾
So rad, great to meet you yesterday. I think I will hit this trail next time I come up.
Yo! Hope you had fun!
Nice to see another Levo rider at summit. Tearing it up too!
Steve rips!
Hella Sick Riding 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻
👊🏾👊🏾👊🏾
We'll be racing both Enduro and DH on it this weekend. Super fun
Heck yeah! That's half the reason I posted this vid.
right ohnn!...some sections on Mm can get technical... boulders in middle of trail
Fosho.
absolutely zooming
🤘🏾
I'm going to hit up Luiseño park near San Diego on Sat.. Just can't swing a Summit run this weekend. Just grabbed a Trek Fuel EX 9.8 GX AXS for analog fun..
Yew!
I’m so sad I was there but didn’t see you
Keep coming back! I'm there most summer weekends when I'm not traveling.
Going to whistler this weekend and kinda nervous about getting worn out on the first lap lol. Any tips?
Stoked for you!
I would say start training a few months in advance. 😆
But since you don't have that kind of time, my advice on the trail would be to try and not drag your brakes. Let it roll and be really intentional about your braking. This will save your hands a ton. Granted, this might be a learning process if you're a brake dragger, but Whistler is a great place to learn!
In general, stop regularly and rest for a minute. Letting your body recover regularly does a lot to keeping your energy up.
Obviously, fuel well. Eat healthy leading up the to the trip.
Be hydrated before you arrive. Energy levels will drop if you're dried up. And it's hard to get hydrated once you're in it. So start hydrated and stay hydrated. I had a full bottle of water each lap. And in my hotel, I kept sugar-free bubbly water in the fridge (Bubbly or La Croix kind of drinks) and would down a few of those each evening.
Also, be good to your body in the evenings. It's easy to eat greasy and drink more beers than usual, but you pay for it on the trail.
Hope that helps!
I'm leaving for Whistler again July 1. Can't wait to revisit "BIKE PARK MECCA"!!!!
To me its more like "Super Chunk" and flow.
Wait for the 10Ply vid. 😆
@mtb_alan I'll wait for the vid, cuz I won't be riding 10 ply for a while. (btw...I'm leaving for Whistler at the end of June, stopping and checking out Duthie Hill and Squamish : ) )
Sick!
