Mine does that to you. You have to push down on the stick, and if it lifts up due to the sensors, keep pressing down and then it will then land in your hand ✋️
If you have the dji mini 2 se, they actually weigh around 244g. So after I added the strobe, it was 249g. @@RobinDrones Yes I purchased it from Very 20% off so very happy I think it’s a fantastic little drone I had the original Mini 2 but this one is much better with the controller. I did have the Mini 3 pro before and yes why would you sell that to get the Mini SE 2 I just wasn’t using it enough and all the bells and whistles didn’t appeal to me over a £1000 so I decided to sell and got a good price so for £249 I don’t feel guilty anymore plus the Mini 2 SE is a lot smaller the controller has a better signal for distance the new RC with the Mini 3 pro was poor it needed antennas and yes they have done that with new Air 3.
I'm still thinking about getting the mini 3 Pro, but your right about the price it's just too expensive, I'd be afraid of crashing it. Where as if you crash the mini 2 se you could just buy another one and and still be quids in 😉. Would you say the video quality is alot better with the mini 3 Pro or don't you really notice the difference? 🤔
@@RobinDrones For me the video quality is excellent with the Mini SE and the photo quality as well. Yes the Mini 3 pro as a larger sensor but all this 4K and 60 frames per second is ok for the professional same goes for the 48 megapixel stills which is still a manipulation of the 12 megapixel camera on the Pro. There’s the Air 2 s which I have looked at but laws stop you from that unless you don’t give a shit.I had the the Air 2 another fantastic drone but again weight and laws so I sold it. Now we have the new Air 3 looks fantastic but again price and weight you could go on forever Robin.The basic Mini 3 looks a good price at the moment and that has the 4K 48 megapixel camera I may upgrade to that now I have the compatible RC but you can bet your bottom dollar there will be the Mini 4 pro soon it never stops like Apple phones.
Yes I think all the dji sub 250g drone are brilliant, and I personally wouldn't get an air or a mavic due to the rules here in the uk. Yes I was looking at the standard mini 3, but in reality, there's nothing wrong with the mini 2 se.
Nice video mate. I just got my mini 2 se last week, and i was so impressed. Some folks say it was not worth it. Better take mini 2 (second hand) cause it already has 4k camera blablabla... but for me, i was pretty much enjoy the 2.7k result 😅😁
I've seen a few videos comparing 4k to 2.7k and you can barely notice the difference. But 4k is obviously better, but I'm like you I'm happy with the quality of the 2.7k. Mini 2 se is a great affordable drone 😁

Thanks for your comment. No, there wasn't much wind at all. The most flight time I've had out of the dji mini 2 se is 22 mins, which I think is ok. The time dji quote, I believe, is indoors in a lab and flying one way with no other movement with the camera off 😳. It's naughty of them they should quote the average actual flight time outdoors. As for the housing situation, I can see both sides of the argument, 1. Taking away our countryside 😔 2. People are living longer, and future generations need somewhere to live.
I guess I don't see the difference between this FPV mode flight and the long range videos you did in the Normal, Sport and Cine modes. I think the signal interference in the area you were in is a little disturbing.
The video was just a spur of the moment to show what flying in fpv mode is like. As for the signal interference, I think that was user error as I wasn't pointing the remote to the drone at all times as I wasn't flying out very far, and not very high. Thanks for your comment. I welcome criticism to help me improve my channel 😁
@@RobinDrones I didn’t mean it to be criticism as I was trying to understand what FPV mode does. The thing I think I noticed was a lot more maneuvering of the quad showing up in the video than what has been seen before. It’s as if the gimbal was locked as opposed to the gimbal trying to keep the image stable.
Ahh ok, yes, you're correct, so fpv mode the camera stays parallel to the drone instead of staying parallel to the horizon so it's useful if you want to get dramatic shots like you see with the dji avata. An example would be say racing around a race track following cars or maybe a bit of cliff diving, but I suppose if you want them kind of shots, you'd get an avata. Great video! Is there a way to use some head gear to actually have a real POV experience? I know the DJI goggles don't work with this model.
I think you can get some goggles that you can attach your phone, but I'm not sure how good it'll be...

hi, i have dji mini 2 se model too, it keeps giving gimbal calibration error how can i fix it?
Oh, i don't know about that, I know they are delicate, and if a little grit got inside the motors, that could be the cause. Is there an error code?
