- 2017 BMW M240i paired with a VRSF Catless Downpipe and AWE Touring Cat-back Exhaust! Obviously biased but I really think it’s one of the best sounding B58’s I’ve ever heard.

@@Broke-Mediait does, just not as much volume or deep ness imo. But it’s hard to get good deepness without too much noise once you go Catless. I’m thinking of getting a MPE to get just slight more volume and deep tone. Prolly won’t do that much, but I just don’t want a lot of rasp.
@@Broke-Mediathen again, I feel like your setup rn is a good balance between the two. Are you running just the axle back and stock midpipe? Or did you get the non resonated mid pipe?
@@cha7269 I got the non resonated midpipe as well. But I completely agree, the MPE is also another good route or just any axle back. I wonder if it would be deeper if you kept the resonator on with whatever axle back exhaust you have paired🤔

Dude that’s gonna be insane! I had an E46 for awhile and loved it, I can’t imagine that chasis with a B58

I drive an N55 but imo the best set up for the B58 and N55 is catless dp, res delete and mpe muffler. 🔥🔥
Yeah I can’t lie that setup does sound way good and sometimes I wish I went that route cuz it would’ve been cheaper lmao
I own a N55 M135i with catless dp, res del, and mpe muffler and holy shit it sounds good. Always get compliments about it!

You can program all that through the MHD Tuning app!
5” catless dp stock exhaust, not sure I want to change it cause I like having the electronic valve out here in cali lol
Personally I’d recommend you keep stock exhaust cuz it’s nice to have the valves like you said and from what I’ve seen that setup still sounds really good. Plus you’ll save ~$2k😂
@@Broke-Media Yee if anything maybe one res delete. Just to add a little bit more sound. But waiting on the intake to arrive to see if that helps at all.
@@Wasab58 yeah that’s smart! An intake is gonna sound so good, I still consider getting one because of the added induction and turbo noises you get out of it
Love the car, getting a 17’ m240i next year, if you dont mind me asking what is your entire setup? Stage 2 tuned through MHD w/ VRSF catless downpipe + AWE catback exhaust right? This is the exact setup i want to go for with mine lol

@@Broke-Media Okay man thx for the response. Im currently driving a leon cupra but im saving up for a m240i or an m140i im still doubting. For the looks the 240 is nicer i think.
@@RBN_V no problem man! That’s a tough decision. I wish we had M140i’s here in the states but both are great cars and can’t go wrong either way that’s for sure
