This would literally be a DREAM to walk up to a tent village with every brand and pick whatever board I want to ride…
Stuff of dreams fellas. You’re living it!
Cheers! thanks for the Support!
Watching this sitting at my office desk doesn't feel so good.
No. No it doesn’t
Especially when you’re in Florida😂
@@GiacintoMarcellino the season isnt too far away 👊
@@Riders_Lounge but I am...living so far away from mountains...and yet loving them so much ❤️
Fawcett always showing off that race background and making every board look like a race board. Just railing those carves, awesome.
Fawcett does it best
Amazing review, guys! Kept yelling “yeeeew!“ watching you all shred, lol.
This was such a good video. Fawcett still showing the young ones how it's done
As a new to snowboard damn driving like that with friends.... Nothing can beat this... awesome
Geez I could watch Fawcett ride all day!! Love watching that type of riding!!
Tribute killing w these reviews.
Fully agree!
@@vinylritchie1974 appreciate the support !
These clips are crispy! More of them plsssssss. love ya'll.
addings chapters to your video with names of each board so we can navigate using the time bar easier would be great. love the content
Best demo I’ve ever watched hands down!
Great video, guys. Love seeing you cut loose and show off. Too bad the girls didn't join to demo some of the women's decks.
Btw, I'm now convinced that the Capita rep got into the business for the board graphics 😆
This is what’s up!!! More more more content like this!!!!
I was waiting for the indoor survival… heard a lot of great things about it. Nice to see you boys shredding 🤙🏼
Definitely a great board! It’s aimed a little more towards park/resort which unfortunately we don’t get to showcase so much as our local hill Whitewater doesn’t build a park until mid March
Quality content! Getting hyped for my February trip
Great videos guys, cools me down in the Australian spring 😅. Why have I never seen you guys ride a ride snowboard? I love the pig line up.
Seems like bad reps on Rides part if they aren't in the mix here haha every other brand you'd want seems to be represented there
That mark faucet fellow is pretty decent at snowboarding, I might even say alright 🙃
Last season was tough! Seeing all the grass and shrubs sticking out of the one and only good dump we got hurts!
If I remember correctly that was opening day at Salmo. Definitely a low snow year but it always could have been worse!
@@markmorrison7342 🍻 here's to a better season.
Shane shreds
I bought a Fuse jacket from Skyline Outerwear last season and it was the best jacket I have ever owned!
I got a pair of Ride A-10 bindings a few seasons ago and absolutely love them. They’re a bit pricey, but they’re worth it. I picked them up at an end of season sale for 40% off. All the part are easily replaceable too, I’ve not had to replace anything yet (and they have 100ish days of use) but it’s nice knowing that’s an option.
Looking forward to rip with you guys 🤘
Really motivating video, good editing, I wanted to see Mark on the PYL UnInc...
I’m on it! Right at the end of the video! Sorry if you were hoping for the other Mark but he had already spent some time on it previous to this event. I promise I can carve ALMOST about as well as him
Great! Really enjoyed watching this!! 👻
On what board is Mark at 28:55? Kazu?
@@MilkeeWay-s3f yep! Kazu
@@markmorrison7342 Thx! 👊
Need to see footage of Fawzy on an Alchemist!
Watching this as I WFH....all I want to do is go snowboarding now!
Make sure you come and see us at the Bataleon tent this season and take some out for a rip. I’ll also have a bunch at Mt Sima in November for you to try Fozzie.
Will Do! also , if you guys can , please send some so we can put them through the paces for the Top 5's!
Y’all doing the lords work
Shred the gnar broskis ❄️
I could watch Mark ride the Kazu for hours
Which Mark? 😉
@@markmorrison7342 Of course you! 😁 Mark & Mark 👍❤
What Balaclava is Jack rocking? Love that style
Coal Rover
Man im ready.. 1st season comming in for a Newbie here... NEPA slopes open soon and I am itching to try my LibTech coldbrew and thirtytwo Nitro boots
Snow looks damn good
How do you guys feel about Deeluxe boots? Sorry not ignoring the video: did see it did love it, did get jealous of the boards and terrain :)
Please keep up rad job y'all are doing. Hopefully I can visit tribute someday and do some shredding there in BC 🏂 Have wonderful season Tribute hommies n home girls. 🎉❤
Appreciate the Support!
@@Riders_Lounge No problem.. Always good with awesome shredders. 🙏🤙✌️
Fawcett, are your angles 30/12 or 30/6, sick carving 🤙
@@tribalart88 usually 30/6 but conditions always dictate !
@ I'm planning to try a posi posi stance but do you think a 30/6 angle would be a good choice for my first time? Or is that too aggressive?
I wanna get rhat KAZZU and the OTTO. I like the MD just a little too expensive for me.
How did fos like the supermatics vs his normal button step ons ?
The United Shapes Deep Reach is a beast! High speed carver aswell as nimble in the trees in pow.
Opinion between Mega Death, HomeTown Hero and Aviator 2.0?
@@mat19dal84per head over to our patreon and the team is there for these deep dive questions ! 🙏🏽
Nidecker reinvented Flow?
Are Canadian resorts open already?
Nice video❤
Love my Skyline fuze/faze's Any word on there line this coming season???
New line drops tomorrow! Keep an eye on their website and social media
New Line is on their site now.
@@markmorrison7342 this is Fast Freddy’s company, right?
Yo. Where, like what resort can I go start demoing boards. Obviously if im wanting to demo im at a progression point and im almost robbing to find the right set up. I have a daily driver. Im good with that. But I want to demo butter/jibbier boards to find the right one. Any mountain known for its demo selection.
What Arc jacket is Jack wearing? Hadn't seen that color (it's rad!)
Thats a one off custom :)
Hey guys - love the videos - based my new deck buys for this season on your reviews - so what is this frictionless spray on wax? The "good shit" you're all talking about getting from some of the reps? Where can us mere mortals get such miracles?
@@jefferyromaniuk appreciate the support ! We will talk wax soon , once we are allowed 🤣 promise
Im really intrigued about the c2 and c3 boards, but why arent the pros using them?
You guys should make it a practice to speak a little to your stance when you demoed these boards... 'cause you know we want to know. :-) In particular, I am wondering what stance approach you used with the MegaDeaths. Do you remember? It looks closer to a +3 or +6 in the rear. Thanks as always.
@@warrens4808 For sure ! We all tend to ride the MD set back and as that sidecut is so nice , the posi posi sure lends itself to powerful turns !
@@Riders_Lounge Thanks. When you set it back, are you basically riding (carving) behind the center of the side-cut? Like one step back vs centered around reference?
@ yes , exactly ! Also advantageous in Powder
@@Riders_Lounge I got to ride the 159 BSOD one notch back and really appreciated the change from riding it at reference. It seemed to change the board from an over-sized all-mountain/freestyle board to a right-sized directional carver/free-rider. The flex of the nose really supported that along with the sidecut and eff edge. It really inspired confidence and let me ride that edge in some steeper, icy slopes. I also rode a 156, but centered, thinking it would be a fun free-styler but did not like it. The board felt a bit soft (and I don't like stiff boards), and lacked a bit of pop when compared to my Aeronaut. Thanks for the idea... now you guys should add a vid on the nuances of why and when you ride outside of reference stance, and how you tweak your technique when you do.
bout time libtech
Doughboy for the win
Are there any changes at the Kazu from last year model?
@@MilkeeWay-s3f same as we understand - just the grafix and topsheet!
@@Riders_Lounge Thx! 👍
Any plans for another run of tribute bindings?
That was for our 20 year anniversary - Union really did us a solid with that one :) There are some out in the wild still!
flagship till i die
What’s the favorite nimble tree pow board?
Kazu is still my pick there!
599 is not entry price on that jones snowboard.
I like buying snowboards made in BC
I’d love a softer free ride board. Love energetic riding and lots of pop but soft enough to access pop and be a little playful. Any suggestions?
A lot depends on your height and weight. But possibly something like the Capita DOA
@@markmorrison7342 thanks for the reply! My Dilemma is I’m 5’8 210lbs with size 8 boot. I tried the shorter and wider but my burton rulers have a smaller foot print. Would the capita doa be an all mountain specific board? I currently ride the Korua transition finder 154. Great charging board but not playful id say.
I’m right there with you. Telos ranquet fills that slot for me currently but they stopped making it and I’m not sure what I’ll do when I break it
@@matthewpontifes7534 nice! The T. Finder is a fun charger. The DOA would be a very playful board for you but I would look into the Capita Mercury as well if you’re looking for an all MTN board, with tons of pop and can still charge a bit as well. I think that would be right up your alley!
@@glub__blub check out the Jones Stratos. Sort of more directional looking , but super, super versitile. or the capita navigator.
Mark, which size Kazu were you riding?
Fawcett was on a 161W and I was on the 157
jelly!
Is that footage from last year or it is now???
Last February......all the boards for this 2025 winter !
The little me from 25 years ago would'nt believe the possibility of you actually answering that question
I have a Yes PYL Uninc 2025 on my radar for this season for a hard charging circle carves on gromers plus powder runs. I'm 6 tall and 210-220lbs with 10 size boots . Which size would you recommend . I'm rather advanced rider but I didn't have a hance to ride a board like that. Thanks a lot ;)
Hit the team over on Pateron! That's where members get detailed help !
I’m 5’10”, 220, sz10. I went with the 161 and couldn’t be happier. Best all around board I’ve ever ridden. Effortless pow and holds an edge better than anything. The side cut disruptions don’t cause noticeable gray like some boards either. Only downside is riding switch, but it’s manageable too.
fozzy rips
I'm 5'7 160lbs 8.5 boot. Pretty aggressive rider. What size mega death should I be looking at? Thanks!
157 or even the 159 if you subscribe to our rants about everyone needing longer boards !
6 foot 185 would be the 162 than?
@@jobkuperus yea , we do like riding this one long !
Hi guys, someone of you rode maybe Nidecker Mosquito?
We DID and we LOVE that board - just buy it :)
Entry level price point at $599 😬
@@307beez canadian price !
mega death is like $950 wtf
It rocks
Doesn’t seem that terrible when you have to pay to fly to snow all the time.
Almost as expensive as groceries now! I could go without eating for a while to afford a Mega Death 🤷♂️
Whole lot of carbon and I hear it’s stiff for how light it is. I would’ve got one if they had it in my size.
Wait till next year to buy this year's board! That's what I did when I bought the 23' DOA
