A few years back I invented the concept of "Infinity Interval Kick". I usually hate writing that on the set because I know every swimmer will hate me for it. It means medium pace kicking and max kicking at intervals I signal. There's a mixture of torture in there combined with pure pain. The thing is, NOBODY knows how long the set is. I want them to focus on dealing with the pain rather than how much is left of it. It's more of a mental exercise. No kickboards.

Ask your pt, everyone is different. For me it’s usually activating my quad with squats and stuff, just using the muscles so they are ready to be used the right way
